Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Poster Reveals New Details, Mysterious Figures

A poster for the upcoming games Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon has revealed some small details or hints about the titles. It is currently being used as advertising in Japan.

In it you can see that Lillie carries a Pokéball—she had aspired to be a trainer in the original Pokémon Sun & Moon games, but never truly had a Pokémon of her own. This suggests that she will have a somewhat different role this time around and may be a trainer herself now.

There are also several mysterious figures in the back which may be new looks for familiar characters or new ones entirely.

Twitter follower Dee shared a nice enhanced version that makes it easier to see them from a Japanese account, which we have included below:

Looks intriguing, no?! I think the art struck a very epic tone and now let’s just hope the games live up to it!

  1. I believe the text on the right says “Ultra-ruins begins to set the mystery of necrozma” but I couldn’t figure out the second kanji even though it looks so basic, since I tried using the furigana. someone can correct me with anything I got “ネクロズマの謎にせまるウルトラなほう険がはじまる” from it.

  2. Crabominable is the leading example of why Ice types need a defensive buff. Make them resist water and immune to Flying as a start

  3. I’ll say it again as someone who’s been on the side of USUM being less than exciting so far…..This poster really gets me interested. I was crazy interested before, but now I am. I’ve always wanted USUM to be more than it seems and if this poster means anything we may get something better than they’ve been leading on. Now I just need them to announce more Alolan forms and that may syck me in completely

  4. Just booked my ticket for the movie, I can’t wait to be the weird large man with a beard sat on his own while everyone else is with their children.

  5. Those mysterious figures do appear to be outfitted in clothes similar to the AF, only more “militarized”. My prediction is that the villains are apart of Aether, but its a different part of Aether entirely and not affiliated with Lusamine’s beliefs.

  6. These leakers are disappointing this time around

    Here are the true leaks:
-the new group are the Prism Cult. They are a secret group of fallers living in the ultra-dimension thanks to really developed technology.

They are UB enthusiasts but you later learn that they are controlled by “Necrozma” (it’s more complicated than this i’ll explain later) who wants to be free and regain its original form: A being of pure light named Prizoma (UB-Ray) It was trapped by evil ancient humans who wanted to harness its powers.

However, Necrozma is composed of 2 pokemons. What you call Nekrozma is just the black prism UB and its ability is to capture light.
The “pure light being” is Prizoma. Prizoma can travel through realities and it’ll have relevance to the plot.

The game doesn’t offer a ton of new content dex wise. There is only 5 other new UBs named UB-Ray (Prizoma), UB-Nest and UB-Hole.
    You know the other two

  7. For a LONG time I haven’t been as excited for a tv show like the live action TITANS. My hype was rising and rising as they revealed the actors to play Titans with only Beast Boy not yet casted and we just got leaked audition tapes from the teenage actors that could play BB, we don’t know Which one yet. And that made me even more excited, as we got to see a part of the script. The dialouge was fine, had that Arrowverse vibe (one of the writers wrote on all Arrowverse series so that’s Normal) and didn’t sound half bad. Buuuuut that’s also Where the catch is. The setting/Basis of the story is soooooo cliche and overdone. It could still be very good, as good as the Arrowverse shows but that cliche-ness kinda felt like someone stabbed my excitment in the chest. I hope that cliche setting won’t be there for long.
