The August issue of CoroCoro (they’re dated a month in advance), a popular children’s comic magazine in Japan, is now leaking online.
Although the issue may contain a few more pages, this month’s issue primarily focuses on the Ho-oh distribution done through the magazine. This legendary bird comes at level 100 with the ability Pressure and the moves Sacred Fire, Brave Bird, Recover, and Safeguard.
Sadly no Pokémon Ultra Sun & Moon news it appears. We’re still looking for next month’s issue teaser which could hint at what information is on the horizon!
Finally. Now we can discuss and speculate about all the USUM news that we are not getting this issue.

Turns out the batter was for the phones in case the power went out so it wouldn’t help anyway. In any case my internet and phones are back up and running so it must have been a problem on my providers side.
I wasn’t expecting anything but USUM is worth talking about at this point. The game was announced over a month ago, and while its normal to not have much info at this point after the announcement, the game comes out four months from now and we don’t even know what exactly it is. It’s clear at this point that it’s working against them, as we’ve seen people complain about things that are neither confirmed nor deconfirmed (EX: SM cash grab).
BotW snowball mini-game is paying 10,000 rupees per hour! Work for few hours and have longer with shrine hunting and sword trials!
On thursday I got a great new fully-upgraded house and three complete armour sets from having earned 36,250 this last four hours.. Its the most-financialy rewarding I’ve had.. It sounds unbelievable but you wont forgive yourself if you don’t check it!

I’m still not so sure USUM will be anything more than a 3rd version that is basically glorified dlc, but the fact that BW2 had so little time between the first batch of real info and it’s release makes me feel hopeful. I just want USUM to be worth buying. A normal 3rd version can be fine, but just not a year after the original games came out…….not this soon.

See that’s my fear. Normally 3rd version are released at least 2 years after the originals so it’s ok for them to want to revisit the story without changing too much. This time however is only a year after………I’m not saying I would have wanted to wait an entire year to play, but it would have been something to think about if they told us right from the get go a better version of the games were coming out a year later……..Hopefully everyone is right and there’s more than meets the eye to these games……

Cragonfur now has the ability “Neverending Thirst” that makes it resist all Water type and liquid based moves
And Stoneyelisk got the ability “Turning to Rock” that cause all opponent’s special moves to have 50% chance of giving said opponent a new status condition “Petrification” that Works like being frozen but lasts longer, makes the mon heavier and there’s no medication/berry that can heal it.

On ninjara right now, here’s what i am figuring out, ninjara is a grapple master, he really uses his ninja powers to psyche you out, then grapple you from an unexpected angle. The trick is to pause when he “shields” and hit him off key with his rythmn, if you throw him off balance, you got him, but keep it up!

Thunderblight down. Wasn’t all that bad, one bad timing with a backflip and it knocks you down 10 hearts with that electric attack though, but the rest is laughable easy if you have the Master Sword. Now doing some sidequesting, money earning and upgrading gear along the way and then on to all the shrines. Not really interested in tackling the final boss already.

Probably the ‘chomp had higher IVs, EVs or was holding Choice Scarf.

FP: Slurpuff. This thing was the star of my fairy team, and it was amazing. Belly Drum sweep was such a good strat in gen 6, and still is now! This thing is cute as well. The cute tongue thing, and just the fact it has a ‘cherry’ on top its head is just adorable.
FL: Valerie- She thinks shes a pokemon, and her eyes would make me believe. That long dress also look very nice. I love her gym design too,
LP: AZ’s Floette. I had high hopes of receiving this Pokemon in game, they even gave it its own stats. But NOOOO it wasnt made available. What a waste!
LL: Mina. I just dont understand Mina. She has those lazy eyes, but shes not lazy. Shes just kinda interesting. I dont see anything cool about her.
Thoughts: I love Fairy types they are probably on my top five favorite types. I have to say when they first came out I thought I’d hate it, but they are just so good. They did not disappoint. Maybe is they had a better physical movepool I would like it more. Or if Cresselia got it. Fairy type is arguably one of the best secondary types. It has so many benefits.

Guys and gals, I just had a super crazy thought what if USUM takes place in both Alola and Sinnoh or some sort of distorted world that connects the two, and that distorted world is altering and changing alola, causing portions of sinnoh to be melded into the islands. I got this crazy thought, because we don’t have cover art for USUM, which makes me think it could be Necrozma forms for Dialga and Palkia, also this is just a super crazy thought. It probably won’t happen.

A taglocke is a nuzlocke except each person on the site will challenge a gym in the game. Once they beat their assigned gym the game and save file are passed to the next person and this happens again and again until the game is beaten, going to a different person each time

Rollout: to roll and spin super fast to ram into opponents and even deflect attacks
Body Slam: squashing people under the girth
Belch: licking and swallowing any non physical attack and spitting them back out

Blizzard: Used As a Powerful move To create a beautiful Ice-like Terrain. Freezing Large chunks of area. And can do heavy damage to any opponent close enough to the blast (mainly pokemon attacking up close)
Hurricane: Used to Just deliver heavy damage. Blows away most special Attacks causing them to create a beautiful aftermath
Water Pulse: Used to counter Fire type Attacks and Pokemon.
As you can tell this is based on making Articuno loo as beautiful and elegant as possible. It may be a bird of legend, but it definitely is the most elegant one. Defensive play turns its attacks to glittering harmless dust, while delivering powerful attacks back. Perfect for contests
And another Mon (I’d do Araquanid but its predictable what I’d use)
Decidueye
Leafage- Standard fast strike from higher ground and distance
Spirit shackle- Meant to prevent foes from getting close while pelting them with leafage
Sucker Punch- A move meant to Catch foes off guard if they somehow get close
Haze- If all else fails, Deci can create a Haze to blind the foe and fly off. I assume Deci has the ability to see through it
Why not
Leaf Blade for all manner of wing based strikes
Spirit Shackle for ranged
Sucker Punch works and sly sneak attack
and i like the idea of using haze to create a smokescreen
