Intrepid gamers have dug deep to uncover evidence that suggests a new Nintendo Direct is likely be held this week. They have based this on the pattern which Nintendo follows when updating their site ahead of upcoming presentations.
Although Pokémon games are not usually announced at the American E3 gaming convention, they are commonly revealed during the month of May. Information on the follow-up to last year’s Pokémon Sun & Moon is highly expected before the end of the month.
Also, 8 years ago tomorrow HGSS was revealed. 9 years ago this week Platinum was revealed. Plus first real info on BW, DP and SM came in May

This means that the next direct to come from Nintendo has a high probability of focusing on Pokémon and what’s next for the main series.

Can’t help you much there. Most of the history I know is either British (Battle Of Hastings, Great Fire Of London, Shakespeare, World War 2, Celts, Romans) or really really ancient history (Romans, Egyptians, Greeks, Japanese).
I’m fine on everything up to 600 CE, and everything after 1750 CE, but there’s a blurry patch inbetween there.
Back in my day it was BC and AD 😛

It’s still more evidence than this, but I guess you’re right.
It’s like the old adage of the cursed gemstone. People believe that anyone who wears it is cursed to die because a few of the owners died in mysterious circumstances, but everyone conviniently forgets the owners who survived because nobody writes a newspaper article with the title “owner survives curse of gemstone”. Further to which, the owners were all wealthy, which makes them inherantly more likely to be violently robbed.
I suspect if you looked at all the cases where there was no pattern to Nintendo direct, you’d find the ‘lack of pattern’ cases outweigh the patterned cases. On top of which, any pattern is usually coincidental due to the birthday paradox. The more nintendo directs you have, the more likely it is that they’ll coincide with some past event.

Hey guys, I came back as soon as I heard this news. I got my Nintendo Switch last month and I love it so much! I would be so excited if the rumor of Pokemon Stars coming to the Switch is true. It would be another wonderful title to add my library. I got Breath of the Wild with my Switch and defeated Ganon finally yesterday. And I got Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on launch. So, my library is pretty sparse at the moment. Currently only waiting for Super Mario Odyssey to come later this year, so it would be nice to have another title to look forward to in the future.
BotW is AMAZING. I have only killed two beasts and I’m taking my time with it. The best game I’ve ever played
I agree. Breath of the Wild is hands down one of the best games I’ve played. Such a beautifully crafted game. I hope that future Zelda games take the same direction. This was actually the first Zelda game I played and completed. It got me hooked into the series. I plan on getting Wind Waker for Wii U per a recommendation from my friend. Anyways, now I defeated Ganon, I am focusing on the Shrines. I have 89 done, so I’m almost there. Just 31 more to go.
Wind Waker is my personal favorite (besides BotW of course) so you’re goona love it.
I can’t wait to pick it up. The exploring of the islands seems like it’s going to be a lot of fun. Kinda similar to the exploration in Breath of the Wild. I can see why my friend recommended it to me.

No, I’ve never played Xenoblade Chronicles but I might give it a try in the future. I’m trying to get into more game series. Before playing Breath of the Wild, the only game series I liked was Pokemon and Super Mario. Though now I can say that I’m becoming a proud Legend of Zelda series fan too.

Nah, it’s different. Xenoblade isn’t an open world game, just a game with free roaming to past areas and very huge areas. The structure of the game is still linear. Xenoblade X is truly open world but sacrifices the story for the feel of exploration. Xenoblade X is more like Breath of the Wild in terms of finding new areas and wanting to explore everything. Chronicles is the better overal game though, with better story and combat imho.

Was expecting some actual evidence towards a new game soon rather than speculation, so kinda got my hopes up for nothing. It is about that time, although there’s been a lot of breaking of tradition lately. Who knows what’s gonna happen?
It is the month of May, so I’m holding out some hope that we’ll get an announcement. Traditionally, Pokemon games have been announced either during the month, as was the case with ORAS, HGSS, and Platinum, or the first big news on a game is announced, as was the case with SM, BW, and DP.
The recent announcement of the merchandise saying ‘look upon the stars’, is a pretty huge hint though. Masuda also hinted/trolled at something on Twitter a month ago, something he also did when he visited France (Kalos) or the beach… 🙂
And here I thought they were just preparing for the delta aquarid meteor shower 😛

The shoulder bone should also not come that high when holding the arm in that position, it mostly sticks upwards when you are putting your arm real high with the hand above the shoulder. Try it for yourself in a mirror :).

Hmm…Its well done. The boots are slightly off, but the right one being slight bunched up kinda saves it. Her hair’s well done, though I feel like the shaved half might be better illustrated as a lighter/pastel color. Kinda like if you’ve scene someone who shaved their head and you start to see the hair growing back. Really the only flaw is the position she’s in. Its a great pose, but she needs to be at more of an angle. Where she’s standing right now it looks like she’s stretching her neck back unnaturally to the point that it’s uncomfortable and unnatural at best, to being a full on owl girl at worst. Also just noticed that her right hand’s backwards. Otherwise it’s really good. The arm bangles look super good and stylized and once again your eyes and faces are fantastic. Easily some of my favorite in recent memory.
