Maybe reduce the size of the hips a bit so that the shoulder-hip ratio is a bit more even? That way she still has the impression of large hips but with more natural proportions :).

That test is fine. I prefer the Cooper test, because I’m bad at estimating the intervals between the sounds, but anyone who has done six weeks of moderate exercise should get decent results on this test.

Basically you have to run for 12 minutes without walking once and you get graded based on the distance you run. You should be able to cover around 2200+ meters, which is 1.5 miles or 5.5 laps on a standard running track.
