I’m still fishing for Corsola and haven’t found ANY yet. I have found a bunch of Pearls though so it’s not a total loss.
That was my favorite thing about fishing for them. Ended up making so much money afterwards haha
I was in the same situation a couple days ago. If you’re not doing it already, go to Melemele Sea and exclusively search in bubbling spots, you can move in and out of Route 1 to reset.
i’d go right to route 9, there’s a Cliffside overlooking a fishing spot right next to KoniKoni city. corsola come up quite easily there.

I think which totem is hard depends on your team. I also found Wishiwashi to be easy but Vikavolt to be really hard (Nearly one-shorted my entire team). For others the inverse was true.
Yea my Brionne just spammed that Fairy move it learns.
Me I echo voiced the hell out of it (Bad idea using Growl Wishi) when it got beat Badly Poisoned both with Grimer them Then took out the Totem with Bite then took the rest with Pound and Dis Voice with Brionne
I had my brionne use echo voice too. I accidentally deleted the fairy move though and now I’m stuck with alternatives till it learns moonblast I think xd

A bit underleveled for the Aether foundation arc.. Half my team got decimated by Petal Dance/Hammer Arm.
Anywhoo, the cinematics in this game are so gooood and the story is soooo enticing.
Same here, the Petal Dance Lilligant ran through most of my team after Oricorio died. It was almost dead so I went into Mimikyu to Shadow Sneak it but my Mimikyu got confused 🙁
I was surprised it OHKO’d my Alolan Raichu at full health with a beneficial SpD nature. I’m starting to think that important characters have perfectly competitive ‘mons which is great, I love the added challenge haha
The Pokemon anime is such a joy to watch: soothing and very relaxing. I actually really like this new way of tackling Pokemon stories. Plus the animation is so pretty to look at! <3
Lol I did not expected Sophocles’s trial to be so soon immediately after meeting him for the first time. Didn’t prepared for it, but killed Totem Vikavolt anyway, without too much trouble.
Just got absolutely WRECKED in Mallow’s trial. Lurantis called a Castform and it used Sunny Day, and it was all over after that. ?
That was the only totem battle I really struggled with, despite having a Trumbeak which was 3 levels higher than Lurantis.
I’m loving the difficulty level so far. Not ridiculously hard but hard enough that some strategy is necessary.
Do you have the Exp. Share turned on or off?

Ribombee killed Lurantis in one shot with Pollen Puff, but that Castform took out it and my Dartrix out before I sent in Lycanroc to finish it

I’ve been interested in using it, not to play competitively online but casually with some buddies, but I’m feeling like it might be a bit slightly overwhelming to obtain. Did you use a homebrew or did you use custom firmware? Also, could you “shinyfy” my Litwick? ;O
1. I used a homebrew program. There are tutorials online for how to install it on a 3ds, though I recommend using it on an older device since their’s always the risk of something going wrong and the last thing you want is to brick your device.
2. sure, no problem man. My rule with Pokhex is that I use if for anyone and everyone. Its the only way to keep things fair. So if anyone has any request, be it making a shiny, altering stats for HP changing a nature or anything I’ll do it. anything else you’d like me to do with it or any other pokemon?

Honestly, a lack of knowledge of custom software. I just did what ever seemed easier to work with.

I’m not sure if this is common knowledge, but you can actually battle the Trial Captains. This is never specifically stated, but Ilima can be battled in Hauoli, Lana in Konikoni, Kiawe in Paniola, etc. Adds to the depth and implication Gym Leaders never (or rarely) had. Phenomenal!
Any idea when they’re available to be challenged? I’m guessing this is end-game stuff.

As the game goes on! When you finish a Trial, you can immediately scout out their individual locations.
