I hope Plumeria gets some more development in Stars. And I hope we get some interaction between her and Guzma. Those are my only requests story wise if it ends up being Emerald/Platinum style rather than a sequel.

Well they said in their article that a lot of the development and for SuMo and Stars took place simultaneously with them shifting to only SuMo when it go near release. So if true, they aren’t pumping it out in just one year, they been working on it.
Highly expected to be true, third version for the Switch. EuroGamer, who leaked the very accurate Switch design, leaked that Stars (tentative title) is coming to the Switch next year.
I hope Star(s) is a sequel. I’d like to see a good mix of a proper Pokemon league and the Island Trials we have in these games. Bring the amazing story driven elements of the trials to the gyms and that’s a good way to make the old formula less boring lol

But first you have to take the train in couriway town to get a key to open the power plant where the azure flute is.
And they key to that power plant is being held by Zapdos, but not the wondering one. The one in the Kanto power plant.

Doesn’t help i charged into a battle forgetting to give Raichu Thunder Wave, Salandit Inferno Overdrive, and didn’t know that levelling up Cutiefly in Festival Plaza wouldn’t evolve it
My best advice is to try and burn/poison it. Take it out first and then take out it’s helper.If you can get it to use it’s Herb it’s solar Blade becomes slightly less annoying. Bring lots of potions and revives with you. Stalling can be good for that kind of battle lol

Nice! Yeah I think Lurantis was the first Pokemon boss that made me drop my jaw from how hard it was. I had other parts where the game was challenging, but it was the first time I actually felt defeated lol

Oh yeah definitely. It makes the journey feel more rewarding. Compared to XY/ORAS where it basically felt like you were walking around an amusement park where people almost LET you win, this feels like you’re living in a world full of other real people lol

In my head I want to defeat the Totem Pokemon last in the battle, but strategy wise it’s way better to take them out first. That way you don’t have helper Pokemon on top of helper Pokemon on top of helper Pokemon lol
Yeah, I always try to defeat them first. The problem with my team rn is that salandit and lycanroc are too frail and still don’t have good moves, so anything can kill them

I haven’t even attempted super singles yet, but standard singles is 20 in a row, and it ended with red for me.
That final battle…
Considering my team was “overleveled” 4 Pokemon still went down to the special battle at the end. That was an awesome and challenging battle.

I didn’t think of a setup sweeper though… could’ve been a good idea. I considered it, but some moves got replaced at the end. Blame the move relearner. 😀

The best part was the Snorlax Mirror Match, where the two Snorlaxes bodyslammed each other, paralyzed my Snorlax, that then pancaked the other Snorlax, then the opponent’s Decidueye camed out and nuked my Snorlax.

Catch a Flareon and Jolteon, they learn them by level up and are in Eevee’s S.O.S calls I believe.

1) I just browsed random guests until they offered it to me, then I bought it 400FC. NOTE: Your first building on the list/to the right of the castle entrance determines what is shared.
2) You can’t. Sophocles gives you a random building with a random number of stars. 🙂
Can you explain number one a bit?
At I think level 12, you can talk to guests and ask them to “Recommend a building”.

I’d say Modest, Calm, or Timid would all be good. All it’s bulk is in Special Defense and it’s got solid speed.
Is there a place that shows the best natures for each beast?
Not as far as I know. I’m just looking at the natures on and its BST on Bulbapedia to answer your questions. Haha Modest and Timid I’d imagine would be the most commonly used as a sweeper. I use a Timid on my VGC team currently.

It’s best to know what you want the Pokemon to do. Most of the time you want the nature that boosts the Pokemon Highest stat. But in some cases you may want to boost another stat (speed for example). Think about the role you want the Pokemon to play before selecting a nature. You can check what different natures do on Bulbapedia or Serebii.

I would go for Timid. That trollish 103 base speed will allow it to outspeed max speed Garchomp and whack it with a Dazzling Gleam.
That one point wouldn’t matter it still would Tank a Dazzling Gleam and 1HKO that jellybag
It’s makes a difference late game when Garchomp most likely won’t be at full health.
Timid Nihilego’s Dazzling gleam only does about 40% to Garchomp.
It could however kill with HP ice +stealth rock damage

That calc is for doubles. Dazzling Gleam does spread damage in doubles so it’s weaker.

If we’re going there Bulu walls both Garchomp and Hippowdown so that’s a moot point ;).
I’m not talking about relying on it, I’m talking about a good reason to run Timid Max Speed. Personally I would go Timid Max Speed, Max Special Attack and Life Orb.
And standard singles battles are 6v6 so stop always resorting to 1v1 scenarios.

Not that I’ve heard of yet, but considering the ease of berry harvesting this gen, if we’re back to that method, it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle.
I wish they kept the bottom screen from Gen 6, just swipe the dex to change from map to the other ones but oh well
I think the distinct lack of bottom screen stuff pretty much screams “the Switch rumor is true”
Ehh, agree to disagree with that statement. While a lot of things that were generally regulated to the bottom screen are gone, you still have things like the rotom dex, the battle menu, and some other features that still do rely on it and have no easy way of cramming it all into a single screen. Not to say that Star’s isn’t real, nor the possibility of putting a game on the Switch isn’t unlikely, but merely it seems more like anecdotal evident more then anything solid.
