second island, just past the western town, as in cowboys, not west. you have to go by it in the main story so you can’t miss it.

rockruff is passed the cave next to kukui’s lab. you will reach a closed in quarry looking area, the grass patch on the left side has a 10% of finding rockruff

Has anyone else had a Pokemon-Go esque time trying to catch wild Pokemon? I’ve wasted so many Pokeballs when they’re in red health, and they keep breaking out, it’s insane.
Do you inflict status on them?
I don’t have any status to inflict, but even still, I’ve never had this much difficulty before catching wild Pokemon.
Paralysis or Sleep multiply capture chance by a fair bit. I guess maybe they have altered capture rates.
Not sure if its like that with everyone but same here, seems to happen more often than not. I’ve lost track of how many pokeballs I used because it happened with most of the Pokemon I caught though the catch rate seemed to have gotten harder the further I got
Having more trouble with the encounters tbh I have no idea if there are any Pokemon to be encountered still or I’ve exhausted the area of new encounters

Oh dear…what have I done…I had Totem Wishiwashi down to low enough HP where it lost its school form. But then it called Alomomola for help, so I was curious if Heal Pulse restoring Wishiwashi’s HP would also restore its school form, so instead of finishing Wishiwashi when I had the chance, I did nothing with my turn just to see. Well, it did, and now I’m in trouble xD
Plot twist! good luck :O you know what they say about curiosity I suppose, but its very interesting probably would of done the same thing to see what happened xD
