Omg Brionne is adorable ❤️
Torracat is really cool. I wish it didn’t become bipedal so bad 🙁
the leaks were real…
Without a doubt
What leaks?
The original Chinese leaks that mentioned Ash-Greninja, starter evos, Alola formes, Pyukumuku, Wishiwashi, Palossand line and others
which leaks?
i like brionne it looks so cute with its frilly dress
I love all three of them <3 Although my fave is the pretty boy Dartrix 🙂
I LOOOOVE them!! SO hype now,,,
I’m naming my Dartrix Zayn or Niall or something.
I am shaking with excitement. I haven’t been this hyped for a starter since Treecko. Dartrix absolutely fits right up my alley. I was having doubts between Litten and Rowlet for my first playthrough, and although I really like Torracat, there is no doubt anymore. Rowlet is going to be my first starter!
“Revealing a certain snobbiness in its personality, Dartrix cares a great deal about its appearance, grooming its feathers in every spare moment”
Pretty boy/boy band Dartrix confurmed
When Tauros ran through the Plaza did anyone else think ” that’s pretty unsafe”…..
I’m so disapointed in poplio beyond words, litten is still the best one in the bunch
I think the second popplio one isn’t half bad.
Popplio was actually good I never understood why it was so unpopular, it looked dump but it was nice, but its evolution is tragic, its so bad
And wait. Does this mean that Ash will not release Greninja in the anime?
Dartrix to owl3 just doesn’t seem to fit logically. The brown feathers in its underwings do, but the hair and the pride don’t really match with the archer theme in the next evo.
I’m goona say it a billion times. Sun/Moon forms
The hair covers it face just like the hood does?
Dart. You know…?
I own you a apology
lol for what? Mega evos? Don’t worry about it!
Looks similar to me. Quilladin doesn’t look similar to Chesnaught. This is nothing new for some Pokemon.
Ugh now I HAVE to pick Popplio
Initial Thoughts….
Dartrix: Keeps flying type (although the Dar does imply a change to dark typing which i do not want!) , also…. someone is trying to give Mega Ampharos a run for their money in L’Oreal sponsorship!
Torracat: I actually really like it, reminds me of the subtle changes that Cyndaquil made when evolving into Quilava which i liked. Was my least favourite starter but liking it more now.
Brionne: Again not much of a change which is fine but not linking it as much as i had hoped to. Very feminine in design and name but that is fine.
PC Boxes: LOVE this idea…almost like a in game version of the dream world in a way!
Mega’s Return: Never really in danger but good to see confirmation, wouldn’t mind seeing a couple of new ones but not too many – maybe Johnto Starters???
Demo: YAY YAY YAY YAY! Also Ash-Greninja is a nice touch and this is a good way to add him to the game without it actually being a large part of the actual game, more like a bonus Easter egg 🙂 Interested to learn more about what the demo will include.
The “Dar” in Dartric is for dart mostlikely
Yeah, like it’s evo most likely will be a certian leaked bow and arrow weiled birb.
I screamed so hard I got lightheaded, lol
So is Battle Bond a new ability?
“A pokeball containing a greninja from a certain someone”
It couldnt be- could it?
Well I’m down with everything we got! Not sure I’m a fan of Dartrix’s over all design, but I like what it’s based on at least. Kind of funny. I LOVE Torracat and Brionne tho!! They’re awesome! Glad we finally got some confirmation about Ash Greninja being in the games. Now people can stop arguing over whether it’s anime exclusive or not lol One question that comes to mind though is how the whole bong thing works. Seemed like an ability rather than an outside force. So maybe only certain Pokemon with the ability Battle Bond can do it?
i actually cooed at all the evolutions because they where what i thought they might look like.
Oh look, Megas
Who would have thought that such a massive part of the game wouldn’t be thrown away am I right? lol
I love Torracat and Brionne. Dartrix…not so much. The emo hair. Ew. Shame because Rowlet was my first pick of starter ;___;
Join Avenue is back with a different name! Lol. Yay. Was one of my fave features of BW2.
DEMO IS OUT IN 2 WEEKS YOU GUYS HOLY CRAP
I knew Ash Greninja would be in game, I thought it would have a new name and a slighty different method of obtaining, but I never gave up on the idea.
Torrocat is beautiful too.
Well, Popplio certainly got more… fabulous? Man, that is the girliest-looking Pokemon since Sylveon. Leaked final evos looking *extremely* probable at this point, but I bet they don’t even show us till the game comes out.
They won’t. I don’t think they’ve ever officially revealed the final evos for the starters before the release.
If Popplio isn’t 100% female, I’ll have a “problem”.
I’m betting it has the same starter ratio of every starter ever (and Eevee): only 1 in 8 is female. *sigh*
HAHAHAHA, fruity dreams
The more I think of Brionne and final Merman-seal, the more I think of Zoolander.
Popplio becomes “really really ridiculously good-looking” and then ends up as a model. Much to his coal-miner father’s disappointment. Plus Popplio looks like… a simple sort.

Datrix: “This Pokémon conceals sharp-bladed feathers inside its wings, showing astounding precision as it sends them flying in attack. And it goes beyond propelling its blade quills in simple straight lines—it can even bend these feathers to change their trajectories!” [Archer confirmed!]
