On Christmas I spent the day at Tokyo’s new Mega Pokémon Center in Ikebukuro with a friend. The store is much, much cooler than the old one and the huge statues of Pokémon are definitely a highlight. I know many of my visitors unfortunately won’t get a chance to check the store out in person, so to that end I took a quick video to give you an idea of the place!

The reason I’m so excited is because it happens to coincide with Pokemon’s 20th anniversary. I’m hoping that I get the chance to fuel my collecting drive and pick up some special plushes or merchandise.

I just bought Smash Bros. 3DS and currently downloading it. I think I’m going to be sick after paying $40 for it and not sure of how good it is.
