Honestly. PJ, you shouldn’t be stunned. This happened with X/Y. Their is nothing interesting going in with Pokemon currently. The next time you will see +1,000 comments would be when more of the 2015 Movie news arrives. Maybe, try making another Comic. That brought a lot of buzz into the Jungle. Not that I religiously follow the anime, but c’mon. I mean Serena has two Pokemon, Clemont has 3, and Ash now has 5 and one becomes fully evolved -_-
Clemont actually has 6, He has Heliolisk, magnemite and Magneton at his gym.
Ash has 5, which is fine considering that the anime is only 59 episodes in, besides his Fletchindier and Frogadier will eventually evolve

f only people aged in the show then it would have been amazing if it had been Max from the AG series. Would have been the perfect way to put a Hoenn touch into ORAS. Alas it looks like a similar type of character who obviously follows ash’s battling history and wishes to observe him going by the glowing footprints that he follows and the note pad.

I feel like he’ll get trevenant because he always has a grass type.
I think it will look a little like this:
– Pikachu
– Greninja (the fact Froakie evolved is groundbreaking so i don’t see why they wouldn’t go the full hog since he doesn’t have any of the other starters and treecko, chimchar and turtwig all evolved fully)
– Talonflame
– Hawlucha (may get ditched at some point… it just seems like the most likely to have a training requirement in a similar vein to Gliscor but may come back for the league at the very end)
– Goodra (confirmed to evolve from the new opening)
– Avalugg ( i agree it is a very Ash like pokemon)
Extra’s:
– Charizard (if any of his Pokemon is gonna Mega Evolve you know it is gonna be Charizard…. just a case of which one? I personally think it should be Y)
– Sceptile (the other most likely candidate for Mega Evolution and potentially an interesting one if this new character with a treecko sticks around recurringly as it may inspire Ash to think about his own and take Sceptile back similar to how he did Charizard)
He already has a Fire-Type in the forme of Fletchinder. His team is good for the show. Hopefully; his final Pokemon can Mega Evolve. Either Charizard (Basically Talonflame 2.0) or Sceptile (This should be Ash’s Mega.).
Ash’s Team: Pikachu, Greninja, Talonflame, Hawlucha, Goodra, and Sceptile or Charizard.
