Its a fairly easy one to get but i think it is only available post game as you get it from an NPC in Mauville City. It has yet to be confirmed which Mega Stones appear before the Delta Episode and which ones don’t.. only a handful are confirmed either way.

Sooooo. Can somebody go into detail on how the mechanics of rayquaza mega evolving works
It just has to know the move Dragon Ascent. If you forget it he can’t mega evolve. However you can relearn it at any time after the Delta Episode by speaking to Zinnia’s grandmother in Meteor Falls.
Okay! Thank you very much. I think it can be one of the most broken megas because it can hold an item. Any back story on why it doesn’t need a mega stome
I think it is explained in the Delta Episode but i’m unsure… i think it may have something to do with Rayquaza being a space dwelling pokemon and i believe the mega stones originate from space?? But yeah it certainly is OP but i don’t actually know if Items work while it is in it’s mega form but i would guess so.

I still think that Rock Smash and Flash should have stayed TMs.

And my parents told me they wouldn’t take me to the 10pm release because they said I wouldn’t be able to touch it until I got home from school and there is apparently no point in it.
Did they go back to HMs in OR/AS? That’s a negative. Surf, Strength, Fly, Dive and Waterfall should have been the only HMs. Then Cut, Rock Smash and Flash should be TMs. The moves were basically useless and annoying.

I am quite happy to know that everyone is having the time of their lives planning their game strategies. I remember when my 6 year old me first opened the ruby box for my gameboy advanced. I was complete back then.. And everytime I see that game I instantly transport myself into the world that GameFreak had created. I hope all of you can make equal experiences. Now if you shall excuse me as I shall stroll into the night´s darkness. For I shall return… In 1 week. A simple sacrifice to keep my experience with the game as innocent as when I was 6.
