Yeah…. it really does seem like they are planning some sort of DLC patch that adds more stuff to the game or there is another game coming. There is also an awful lot hinting at the closeness of Hoenn and Kalos which makes me wonder if the reason for this is that a 3rd game will be released which does a HGSS and includes 2 regions. Would be a new twist on the sequel formula introduced with BW2.
The sequel of XY has us go back to Hoenn to witness Kyogre vs Groudon. We have to go find Rayquaza who mega evolves and stops them. Scott witnesses this and invites us to the Battle Frontier

But there is hope! NPC’s say new Pokemon (as in Pokemon that have not gotten Megas) are reacting to Mega Stones or something along the lines of that. Can’t officially confirm that.
Not yet… i say yet because like with the Battle Frontier many NPC’s are suggesting there is more to come. It really does seem like this is not the full game (either DLC or time based events activating) or that a sequel is coming?

Idk what to think about all these Battle Frontier hints anymore.. The hints are so vague, you can’t tell whether there’s more to it than just random NPC text .-.
New things seem to happen everytime you beat the league such as new starters becoming available so it is possibly that new megas and BF could open up after you beat the league a certain amount of times…. ironic seeing as you had to beat the frontier facilities a certain amount of times to challenge the frontier brain’s…

Exactly! Hahaha but in all seriousness they did this sort of thing in the demo where the more times you played something the more you unlock so it is possible and early unlockables suggest it is the E4 that is the trigger- certainly for getting each set of starters anyway.

Tough claws is better than iron fist in every way though,Iron fist only boosts the power of punching moves and gives them a 20% boost,while tough claws boots all contact moves and gives them a 30% boost
