Meet the Legendary and Delta Pokémon in the latest ORAS Trailer

by

The Pokémon Company International has released a new trailer for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire on its official YouTube Channel.

The latest trailer reintroduces fans to familiar Legendary Pokémon, as well revealing the new Delta Episode; an all new story arc featuring new characters and the Delta Pokemon Deoxys.

The arc will see players discover Deoxys, as they fight to save the Hoenn region from a giant meteor and to thwart the plans of Team Aqua and Team Magma, who are stealing the Key Stones of trainers. The arc features a Sky Battle between Mega Rayquaza and Deoxys, one of which likely has something to do with the meteor threatening the region. The official teaser for the Delta Episode is below:

This episode involves the history of the Hoenn region, reaching 3,000 years into the past, and makes the mysteries of Mega Evolution clear at long last. The troubled tale begins with Zinnia, a young woman who bears a certain destiny. The story includes appearances from Team Magma and Team Aqua, Steven, Gym Leader Wallace, and other familiar faces. Don’t miss the conflict between Rayquaza and Deoxys!

At some point the mysterious new character, Zinnia will be introduced and will help decide the fate of the Hoenn alongside the player and other allies from across the region.

Finally more Pokémon have been confirmed to appear in Mirage Spots, inciuding: Entei, Raikou, Suicune, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Cresselia, Heatran, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus. Regirock, Registeel, Regice are also in the games, if all three are captured players will be able to catch Regigigas.

Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire release later this month!

  3. At least now I can finally get Regice in OR since my original ruby’s internal clock died :I I stood there forever until I realized it was impossible for me to get it…luckily I got it in Emerald though.

  10. I’m absolutely delighted about this. I made 100euro today from this 😀 I called Rayquaza and Deoxys getting a separate story literally the day oras was announced, but everyone disagreed so I made a bet for 10euro with my friends that’s if they did they each give me a tenner and if they don’t I owe them.

Looks like I was right 😀 delighted 😀

  19. Everyday, I ask myself “What can the next games do to be as good as ORAS?”. I haven’t found an answer yet. It’s either “Mega Yveltal” or “Nothing”.
