Take these with a grain of salt, but based on their track record with X/Y ROM information they are plausible. They have also posted a what is supposedly a form change for Hoopa.

I dont understand Catchrate and Stage values. Can someone explain?
Catchrate – Likelyhood to catch
Stage – Stage 1, 2, or 3. IE Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur
That’s what i thought. Megas having catchrates threw me off though.
Catchrate is how likely it is to catch a Pokemon in the wild. Every Pokemon needs one or the game would crash. Stage value I believe is the stage in evolution

Man, Mega Steelix is a beast! Hands down one of the best mega designs yet for ORAS!
I strongly dislike its flying rocks and whatever those white things around it are.

Dragon’s Ascent is not in Rayquaza’s movepool. Guess you can only mega evolve it if it knows that move.
