You battled them 5 times. The 6th battle is to include the final evolution of the starter Mega Evolved. They didn’t evolve their starter to the final stage in the originals. I found that so annoying. Lol.
6 times I believe. You could only battle her 5 times in the original. No rematch data found to my knowledge. During the 6th battle, she evolves her starter into the final evolution. I hated when she didn’t do that in the original games!
