Bond697, Slashmolder, Kaphotics, and SciresM from Project Pokémon have posted stats for the new Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Take these with a grain of salt, but based on their track record with X/Y ROM information they are plausible. They have also posted a what is supposedly a form change for Hoopa.

Considering it’s not Mega, Hoopa’s form or whatever it is, has very drastic change. I mean it can only be possible for normal evolution. It grows legs and arms and changes completely, that kind of thing is very interesting , it is even drastic for mega evolution. I wonder what lies behind it.

has a legendary ever evolved? No. It was even stated by Prof. Rowan in pokemon Platinum. Legendaries dont evolve
I say it can easily be considered an evolution (talking about design) as this kind of change is very drastic. I’m not saying it is an evolution. It is probably a form change as its moveset changes similarly what happened to Sky form Shaymin.

Yeah, I’m going with Form. It’d be weird to reveal a mega with a Pokémon that hasn’t been revealed itself yet. I think both forms will be revealed together and part of the post game will include the form change.

If Hoopa’s Mega is real, then its design doesn’t surprise me. It looked like a demon before. I could believe it hiding behind a small fake body only to show its real form through Mega Evolution. I’m not going to lie. I’m not feeling its design. It’s going to take some warming up to (If it’s real.)

Ground resists Poison. Poison resists Fairy. Fairy resists Bug. Bug resists Grass. Grass resists Ground.
