Take these with a grain of salt, but based on their track record with X/Y ROM information they are plausible. They have also posted a what is supposedly a form change for Hoopa.

I know that Pokémon Porject is legit but there is still on thing in my mind that keeps telling me that this is not real… We have the BST for all Mega Evolutions/Primal Reversions but then that means it is over, no new Mega Pokémon! And I think we will have a few more Pokémon after we play the game, not many but a few more and those should also be in the ORAS Demo, no?
And also, I’ll wait for the official artwork for Mega Hoopa (IF IT IS REAL) because I was not to happy with Mega Latias/Latios and now I like both but Hoopa was my Generation VI favourite Pokémon and this Mega Evolution, so ugly!

It appears as if someone took a deformed turd in the toilet, decided it would look great as a Pokemon, and got the idea of it as a Mega Evolution for Hoopa because he had a mess of diarrhea from the hell, the showed his drawing to Masuda/Ken while they were busy with something else and okay’d it.
