Tournament Dates

We’re bring you this update a lot later than we initially planned, due to some personal events and other ongoings behind the scenes. Today, however we’re proud to announce the dates of the Halloween ‘2spooky4u’ Tournament. This tournament will not feature a Groups Stage and will instead start straight off with eliminations. Players will be randomly paired.

Round 1: October 12 – 18
Round 2: October 19 – 25
Round 3: October 26 – November 1
Round 4: November 2 – 8

If all battles are completed before the final day of the round, the next round will be started earlier. These dates are to provide a timeframe in which battles must be completed by. If opponents learn their opponents for the next round before the round begins, they may complete the battle.

  1. There is a new 3DS system update that include the new themes option, which come with 5 free basic themes. You can purchase the other specialized themes on the Theme Shop for $0.99 or $1.99. Specialized themes also have special sound effects and custom music. On a side note, there is a screenshot function using the Y + up or down button. Doesn’t work in game for some reason. Have fun.

  3. And as Fabian leaves to Smash, Chico is left by himself with his own thoughts and ponders the meaning of life while writing an essay on the Peloponnesian war and thinking why [Girl’s Name] doesn’t like him.

    Sums up my life pretty well.

  4. Smash U is launching during my Thanksgiving break, that means I’ll be able to attend the midnight release! I am beyond ecstatic! This may be just enough to justify this crappy day.

  5. 2 observations before I go to bed.
    1) I don’t get what’s so bad about Smash Run. I actually enjoy it very much. The idea of collecting items to boost your stats is cool, and being able to choose your own music is awesome. The enemies are cool, too.
    2) I have quite the poor vision and I wear glasses as well. Yet, I also don’t understand why critics are so mad about the small character sizes? What did you expect? It’s a 3DS for God’s sake. Imagine what those models would look like on a Gameboy! People these days; never happy. And yes, I know that’s the job of a critic, but still, it’s making people think the game has major flaws. Personally, it’s the best game of all time, hands down. ;~;
    That’s my rant, and I’m going to bed. 🙂

  6. Nooooooo! Smash for Wii U and Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire come out the same day. And then I have a week long trip to New York right afterwards. This is gonna take such a toll on my wallet.
