As you all know Niconico will be hosting a 7 hour long stream today, with the cast playing through the original Ruby Sapphire games. A video that one of the cast members have released states that new information for ORAS will be shown. We’ll be providing live coverage for this event, but expect the info to come towards the end.
Stream link can be found here(beware, a Nicovideo account is required to view it): http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv194212576

Please let there be Trick Master news…
I got kicked out of the stream at the speed of light.
At uni all day, guess I’ll just have to see what is revealed when I get back, fingers crossed
New bits of footage are being showed!
y they show the old game ?
Because that’s what they’re doing for 7 hours.
that’s strange !!! y we should watch this ?
Because new info will be revealed.
i know but i think they will show the new game , then i can just watch the end of that stream :P.
I couldn’t understand anything you said, but ok.
sorry i am not good in english .
It would be awesome if they just found a shiny. Anyway, I think it’s awesome that we get to see some old footage, because I get so nostalgic. Figures I’ll be in English class instead of study hall when we start getting new info. -_-
New footage.
They showed the start of the Roxanne Gym Battle.
This
Darn. I missed it. :
they show Norman too , i wish that stream was translated .
I would be happy if they put English Subtitles on. Somehow.
They talked about effort values in a very indirect way, lol
how could u understand wat they talk ?
He’s japanese.
really ?
Reading NL’s comments is kinda better than watching it because we can actually understand what they’re saying with his translations.
Did I just hear a pokeball being blocked??? THIEVES!
Lol. Did she white out?
She almost did lol
They always change it.
White out.
Black out.
Racist bums.
I want to point out the fact that there are no females present on this stream.
Who’s mega evolution are they talking about?
The boat ride looks like so much fun!
NEW MUSIC
I CAN’T WAIT!!!!!
Uuuh, thank god I know some Japanese, so I understand even something what they are talking about ^u^ Wish there were more ORAS footage. Maybe later?
Funny. I’ve never seen R/S Gameplay before. I always saw Emerald’s. XD
I’m so used to playing through emerald, so when I recently found my copy of Sapphire, I was surprised because I hadn’t seen sapphire’s game and story in about five years.
Same for me
Why do they keep switching so quickly between games being played? I kinda want to watch both ruby and sapphire, but instead of a gym battle, I just see Makuhita EVERYWHERE…
That boat ride looks amazing O.o
So, on the ORAS hand, even though I’m not watching, I know it looks amazing ;u;
And the Smash hand, it comes out tomorrow, yay.
Never mind, started watching omg
Smash isn’t out yet?
*facepalms*
I think character customization might be confirmed. Brendan looked darker skinned when he was riding on the boat.
Also, in this pic, Brendan and May are light skinned (goth this from PJN’s Twitter).

Or, I’m just over-thinking things because I secretly want character customization to be confirme./
I noticed this too and I really hope you can customize them at least a little bit. XY level customization would be great, though.
Yeah, don’t notice much, but they may include only skin colors.
Hey. If we’re just given skin tone customization, I’ll glady accept it anyway. 😀
might be over thinking, you just really want it badly lol. but it is possible they give you skin tone customization
Damn that cave looks so great. AND STEVEN. HOLY MOLY.
Battle under the bridge coming!
Or trick master
Meeting Steven in Granite Cave looked amazing
Not even watching this lel
Has the clicking through dialogue sound effect always been loud and high pitched? It’s really annoying. XD
