As you all (hopefully) know, we recently announced our next tournament here on PokéJungle.net. In Halloween 2014 Tournament, we’re taking what we learnt from PJT14 an putting it into action. This next tournament will run on a modified VGC rule set, and follow a theme decided by us. All rules (so far) and information can be found by clicking ‘Rules & Information’ in the Quick Links above.
Today we’re opening sign-ups for our 2spooky4u Tournament. Below is a form for all interested readers to fill out if they wish to gain a place in the tournament. Any incorrect or misleading submissions will be ignored. Places for the tournament are limited and as such we will only allow a capped number of entries, any entries over the cap will be chosen for stand-ins.
As with PJT14 we will provide frequent updates as we grow closer to the start of the tournament, with several updates coming over the next few days (including a start date). As we always do, we invite our readers to put forward and questions or queries they have, and we’ll do our best to get back to you!

Only new stuff i saw was from 32:10-33:00 (the primal transformations of Groudon & Kyogre when you own them) and a little bit at 4:53.
Also the fortree city music was played from 5:30-7:08

Is a pokemon with say grass and poison legal or does it have to be outright those pokes?
Any pokemon that is any of the specified types, whether it be its first or second type, is legal.
It’s only illegal if the pokemon doesn’t have any of the types or only it’s mega evolution has one of those types.
The footage from last night only showed the devolution sequences for Groudon and Kyogre. I love how they incorporated the omega and alpha symbols into it.

Well, it’s an under view of the tail, so either its flying (*cough*ITS RAYQUAZA*cough*), or its tail is high above the ground (*cough*ITS RAYQUAZA*cough*).

I only thought of Rayquaza. But I see it’s similarities to steelix and landorus’ tail.

But this focus on Rayquaza makes me think they have something big in store for it.

What if Primal Rayquaza is more defensive because it was needed in order to properly handle Primal Groudon and Kyogre enormous strength in the past.

At this point, all of the signs point to it being Mega Rayquaza, as it “holds a secret to mega evolution”.
IMO Mega makes more sense.
Rayquaza never went to sleep, Kyogre & Groudon did. Rayquaza has been active ever since their fight. How can it go primal to reawaken powers it never had? I think it can mega to stop them from fighting then revert to regular form.
Also, not only does it know the secret to mega evolution, it’s starring in Mega Evolution Act II (not primal devolution act 2)

I’ve heard some people say it could get both. Which I would be fully on board with.
However I see your point, but I really wouldn’t take what they say as an argument…since most of what they say turns out to be crap eventually. Rayquaza could play a part in the whole Mega Evolution thing however it’s going to be something really forced.
Plus as far as I’m concerned Primal Reversion = Fancy term for Mega Evolution until I’m proven wrong by say a bigger stat increase or something.
