  1. Mega Gallade looks amazing! I don’t care whether it’s ability is crap, it’s too awesome not to use! Is everyone still hoping for Mega Milotic? Or did Pokemon decide it’s design was impossible to improve and therefore made Altaria the contest star?

  2. So uh, i seriously need advice. Shoulld the physical or downloaded copy of SSB 4? oh and on a side-note i think any gold you get from the demo should be transferable to the full copy.

  3. Last night I was fortunate enough to recieve a Smash code from one of our fellow Pokejunglers, and I was able to experience a good hour of the game. I’m here to give some of my opinions and I hope you guys enjoy. 🙂
I played with all five of the characters multiple times, but I must say that Link was the most impressive for me. His sword and bow attack is very simple to use and has excellent control overall. My least favorite character had to be Megaman. The fact that his only attack is shooting those little bullet things can really bite you in the ass when you’re in close combat. I kept losing with Pikachu because I was using his special dash attack or whatever and I fell off the course instead of hitting the opponent and stopping. Villager was pretty great too. I love the balloons that he flies on, and he is very easy to control. Mario was also a decent character, but there’s nothing too special about him.
I was able to encounter some Pokeball Pokemon during my time playing, and they were Staryu, Snorlax, Fennekin, Metagross, Gogoat and Dedenne; the last two I am VERY excited to see.
Overall, the SSB4 demo is absolutely amazing, and I will definitely be getting it on release. I am very grateful to have gotten one from a PJN member, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time playing. I believe Smash demos for everyone else come out next week, but are limited to 30 uses. However, my demo has unlimited uses, which I am very happy about. The game will be out in about three weeks, and I am REALLY looking forward to playing it. Link will definitely be one of my leads! 🙂

    • I’ve never liked Link, always preferred Toon Link, same move set but lighter so faster.
Pikachu is easy to use as long as you know how to use him. I prefer the stay away, jump over the enemy using down + special to thunder them away. His recovery move is actually good, you just have to make sure that the second time you change direction, it’s more than a certain degree
Mario is Mario but I am interested in the Villager, he looks powerful.
Megaman looks okay, will be an interesting character for me
Can’t wait to download the demo then play the real thing!
