WHY CAN’T WE HAVE MORE PURE FLYING POKEMON?!?! It took 5 generations for us to finally get one, and even then, it’s…ok I guess. Rayquaza and Castform could have totally been the first ones!!! And I find it strange that Pure Flying is literally a unique type combination.
This is the main reason why I want Pure Flying Primal Rayquaza so badly! That and to make it defensively better without Dragon hindering it. I’m sorry Dragon lovers, but I feel that losing this type is best for our beloved Sky Serpent. >:D
Rayquaza is literally based on a dragon. Why would it become pure flying?
1. Lives in Ozone Layer.
2. Can Fly w/o wings.
3. There are too many Dragon/Flying mon.
4. More Pokemon need to be safe from them pesky fairies.
5. It’ll be fun.
6. Aggron can go Pure, why not others?
7. It’ll be friggin awesome!
8. Do people use it as a Dragon cometitively? IIRC, I don’t think so.
9. We need more new ORAS exclusive Pure Typed Megas/Primals.

Not all Trio Masters have to resist their comrades’ types. Like how Cobalion is weak to Fighting, a type it’s other members possess.

Because Flying is just a tricky sell with being single typing when you really look at it, no flying type could be pure wind, like the Birds Normalcy and everything else’s type as a buffer Tornadus works because its a bringer of storms and harsh winds and nothing else
