Nvm, they already are making games exclusive to the new 3DS. The new Xenoblade is exclusive to this. Not that I care too much about Xenoblade but this is the beginning of “New 3DS” exclusives. Doubt Pokemon will be an exclusive but eh, we can never tell ._,
I’m just getting the feeling this is to allow for games like smash Bros and other high powered games to play easier, such as the new xenoblade. DAT sexy side c – stick tho.

I’m not sure that you need this ds, it might be that it’s easier with it.
Camera angles are certainly helpful for those types of games, but honestly why don’t they just make use for the D Pad?

This just kind of frustrates me a little bit. Imagine a mom trying to buy Nintendo products for her kid. She wonders “Okay I would like the DS and the Wii”. Then has to realise that the Wii, Wii mini, Wii U, Wii U Deluxe, DS, DSI, DS Lite, DSI XL, 3DS, 3DS XL, 2DS, New 3DS, and New 3DS XL are all different things. No wonder why Nintendo’s last gen products outsell their current gen stuff. >_<
This time next year they’ll all be replaced by a new variant. Eg the rumoured Nintendo fusion ( but not that per say )
Screw technology and Nintendo’s awful naming of technology 😛
I just hope whatever is next has a completely different and refreshing name. Marketing will go way better that way xD

I hope that whatever is next that they take their time to ensure that it can run games efficiently. Releasing 7 different variants of a model is annoying. If the system makes a few games lag (ala 3DS>PkmnXY) then don’t release it yet until its perfected.
Exactly yeah I’m perfectly fine waiting for a year or two if it means I will only have to spend a ton of money once xD

Yep, but I’m not as disappointed about Dark Pit as I am about Dr. Mario.. I heard Kid Icarus Uprising had a lot of weapons that they could give Dark Pit. Dr. Mario on the other hand.. Uhh.. Idk .-.
IMO dr Mario is good. I liked to use him over Mario in melee. Idk why but it was just fun and tbh the more characters the better more variety
In Melee, he was ok. But now that we have skins, he just seems like an unnecessary addition imo :/

I see no need to get an XL etc. I mean a bigger screen would be nice but I’ve had my original one now for 3 years and it’s in good condition with all buttons working and only a few scratches on the bottom

This new 3DS frustrates me a bit. Yes, 3DS XL had the same (extended) features a normal 3DS had but this one comes with different features. New games may come exclusive to that console. It had happened with DS right?
