As promised we’re now bringing the final update before the PokéJungle 2014 Tournament begins. This post contains the information you’ve all been waiting for: the groups and competitors assignments for the first stage of the tournament.
Below you will find each group, as well as the period in which these groups will be battling. During this period each competitor will have to battle every other person in their group once. This update is relatively short as we plan to have further details and a recap on all information on the day of the tournament starting (perhaps this wasn’t the final, final update!); don’t forget you can view all previous updates on the tournament by clicking HERE.

I think I’ve decided on the Poke Games tourney style: If there are more than 24 tributes, then we will do a preliminary game, where tributes battle each other 3 or 5 times, and the top 24 will make their way to the bracket-style tourney, best of 1 battle. Additional tributes will also call for additional districts (i.e District 13, 14, etc. if needed)
Will there be double battles in the Poke Games? In other words, alliances.
It’s singles, but you’ll never battle someone from your own district. 1 district is randomly chosen it ally with another district at the start of the game, and the first district to have a member die gets to do the same.
Having an ally means you’ll never battle that person unless it’s an extreme circumstance (i.e the final battle).
Don’t exactly know how it’d turn out in doubles…thoughts?

So you have to be a member, instead of earning it? ._. Anyways, same here, but Platinum has more advantages. You can only get DKCR3D and a couple other games in Platinum, not Gold.
Basically, with each game you buy from Nintendo (Pokemon, Mario, etc) there comes a pin in a small packet inside. You enter that pin and get coins. Once you get a certain amount of coins (300 I think), you get Gold status. Then after 600, you get Platinum status. So technically, the Platinum people are more “loyal” since that means they bought more games and got more coins from them. So the “loyal” fans get better prizes 🙁 And then the people who can’t afford to buy a lot of their games get the worse prize. But hey, at least they are giving free stuff and I appreciate that XD

Who says I barely know about it? Roy and Mewtwo were cut for a reason. Pokémon already have 4, probably 5 characters, so no Scept. Lucas could happen, but he’s mostly a copy. Ness is probable. Mario has WAYYYY too many characters, and Peach, so no Daisy.
This is a NEW game we can have more Character in a series, you don’t know there limits yet, like Afarr said all we can do is Hope. You can’t base it off Brawl.
