They’re trainers you can place in your base to train or for your “gym”.

So how do you think the gyms will work? You have a NPC stand in your spot in your secret base, when someone challenges, as long as you’re online anywhere in the game, you get a challenge request, then if you say yes, you use pokemon from your Gym Box?
I think you can use your friend’s team as gym NPCs.
Nah, they’ll use be some trainers that have a fixed roster based on your friends’ team at the time of meeting them. I think you even have to initiate combat with them yourselves (a bit like visiting someone else’s base in RSE).

That option is exclusive to Kalos/XY, just like how Secret Bases are exclusive to ORAS. Every game has their little unique thing.

My favorite Pokemon is the first Pokemon I ever got, Sceptile. Some of my favorite Pokemon of all time are Grass types (Sceptile, Breloom, Chespin, Cradily, etc). And Grass types are tricky to use because of how many weaknesses they have. They’re fun 🙂

I would go for the first set, just EQ screams Flying Pokemon to switch in and Defog. They might not fearing the Avalanche, but STAB Waterfall can help to deal damage where EQ can’t

The seller also sent the Pokemon Center bag, two huge Japanese Nintendo brochures (which will go on display), an Oshawott keychain and Japanese cookies and tea with a nice handwritten note. Usually S rank is reserved for Japan. It’s how they do their ranking in a lot of games. The way they rank things in games is usually like ours only instead of ending with A they go and add S on the top lol

That wouldn’t really make sense though. The whole premise of Chatot is that it mimicks people and can talk because it’s a parrot. Peacocks can’t do that. Mega Chatot would probably be something like an Indian Ringneck or another type of parrot. Maybe it could be a conductor as well and hold a baton since it’s tail resembles a metronome and it also has a musical theme to it

Hmm sticky web? That can help alleviate the speed issue on some Pokes. Shuckle is viable for that. TR is usually tricky to pull off in singles. So do you just bring him in on special attackers and ko em? Screens can help with the damage intake like your Claydol for example. It could set up screens while having Light Clay to make it last for 8 turns to allow your teammates to tank some hit. Or even Klefkie can do it and have Twave and Foul Play.
It is a sad thing /: im just glad Mienshao or Hydreigon can hold up on their own with their ninch

Then switch to chatot.

Lax… I guess it’s not as good as it could be… Timid, Modest and Bold are usually the best ones for Geo sweeper… the only consolation prize is you don’t have attack drop, so you can run Rock Slide as third move (after Moonblast and Focus Blast) to handle Ho-Oh and Char Y.

You only pick Bullet Punch or Vacuum Wave, and only on the Swords Dance or Nasty Plot sets respectively. Or Mega.
Mixed Scarf Sweeper should definitely have Close Combat and Shadow Ball at least. Blaze Kick is meh as it has redundant coverage with Fighting against Steel types, but I guess it’s an option. Other options include Poison Jab (IMO better than Blaze Kick, it also covers Grass like Fire attack, and also does Fairies if you’re not wiling to Flash Cannon), Stone Edge, Flash Cannon and Vacuum Wave. Earthquake is also an option if expecting Mega Mawile.

It’s actually a 2 turns move of to get the equivalent of 2 uses of Quiver Dance. But you can use Power Herb to make it 1 turn move for 2 uses of Quiver Dance.
Power herb quiver dance makes it so you can ohko basically anything with moonblast, focus blast or thunder bolt, while being able to tank damage from the large sp defense boost.
Its made for sweeping.
Solarbeam leaves you vulnerable, and does not power you up at all.
You can probably kill 2 pokemon without dying with solar beam, but geomancy makes you capable of sweeping whole teams 6-0

Well pokebank was said to compatible with all future titles however you can’t send items over using it.
I’m assuming you will still be able to trade between X/Y and ORAS and that will allow you to transfer items as well.
