It appears that this is a legitimate scan and reveals Mega Metagross, who will be used by Steven with his Mega Brooch. The text is small, but we’re working on translating. It appears that its Mega Evolution remains Steel/Psychic, with its ability being Tough Claw. It also gains a significant boost in speed. The rare stone collector Steven retains his title of Champion.
- Gym Leaders Roxanne, Flannery (with Torkoal), Wattson (with Magneton) and Norman as well as Elite 4 members Sydney (with Shiftry) and possibly Pheobe will probably be returning

FEATURED THREAD: My Biggest Pet Peeve in Pokemon X & Y
today i was learning the bus route to my new high school and stumbled across an antique gaming shop with new sega gensis games, gba games, gamecube games, n64 games, etc
IT HAS EVERYTHING 0_____0 and yugioh tourneys
Was it a Play And Trade?
nope
its called game champ
Ok
I miss my play N Trade, it was literally in my backyard or 5 minutes away
It’s where I get N64 games cheap
Also there’s a 711 and a dominos so basically I lived there
But the family couldn’t pay the rent and had to find a new place
game champ has a 7 eleven 2 minutes away alongside kfc and fro yo
i know whhere im going every day after school
To the Apple store? :3
i wish XD tho i gegt a free ipad mini in my school
I played the pokemon theme song on a 10 hour loop on all the ipads and run out once there. :3
I’m now banned from there. 😛
Starbucks?
theres a staebuck 5 minutes away so its possible XD oh and wnddys 1 minute away :3
Convenient establishments are convenient.
latte and cookies mm
He’s an expert on Japanese culture everyone, I’m sure he can explain how Mega Metagross translates to SHAME AND ALIENATION
It’s okay, his mind just needs to take several seats.
*grabs popcorn and watches him try to cool off*
*hands uber butter* You forgot this!
Why thank you good Sah (“Sir” in Old English Accent).
Why you are quite welcome ol Chap.
May I join in this lovely conversations you gentlemen are having, ol’ sports?
Indubitably. Please. Have a seit (seat).
Thank you. So, is there any news on my lovely Sinnoh remakes? My lady Cynthia must come back.
Oh no unfortuntely. I belive she is still vacationing in the Unova region. Quite a shame. But i do suppose she is enjoying herself.
Oh, rotten luck! Oh well. I hope she is doing marvelously well over there. Gentleman Alder needs all the help.
Quite a shame indeed.
Fret not. Like every Avenger in the Marvels Movies, “Cynthia will return”.
I shall not fret. She will come, in due time.
On the Third Game she returned again.
*walks up* Actually, sir, she vacations there all summer and spring, (also BW takes place a number of years after DP).
Hm. Then i wonder where she is. Possibly doing more pokemon myth research.
Pokemon mythology is very fascinating. I wish her well.
Why yes you may, ma lady!
Thank you, sir :3
I’m leaving for the Pixar Studios tour soon, see you all later!
Bye! Never been there you lucky goose!
Bye! Have fun :3
Thank you 😀
Sounds Really cool dude
HAVE FUN!
Have fun! I’ve passed by there before.
enjoy!
Once/If the Hoenn Hype ever cools down, how are we supposed to be hyped about the XY Sequels? Unless GF doesn’t make them at all and moves straight to Gen VII after a few spinoff games.
Ranger games. PMD games.
Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon Conquest 2!
*Pokemon Colossuem 3
XY third game
I guess it could be better. Looks similar to regular metagross and I’m not a fan of the spiked goatee thing.
All Megas look similar to the regulars…. xD
But hey, your opinion.
>Zard x
> mega alakazam
Zard X is an exception, and Mega Alakazam still sticks to the basic concept and design, just with more oofmph. Moar spoons and a bigger mustachio
He reminds me of Gandhi
That’s probably what he based off of! 😀
Some have more details that are different than others. Zard X still looks like Charizard to me, except with blue flames and a black body.
And Alakazam? Looks the same. Just with a goatee and multiple spoons.
Mega Khan. Just…no.
“But the baby is out of the pouch!”
Shut up Random Commenter.
It is the concept that makes Mega Kanga different. People tend to forget that =/
Am I the only one that doesn’t give a dirty remnant about its baby? It’s just a marketing ploy.
I don’t tbh. I love the concept, that’s all.
As someone who has a goatee irl, every mega with a goatee looks cool to me :p
Oh my god you have a goatee? I just have a full blown beard cos it suits me better
I didn’t expect Mega Metagross to show up so soon. It’s not that bad. Are there more to come, or is that it?
I think there’s more. We can see a bit of the Gym Leaders’ and Elite Four’s updated artwork.
Mega Metagross is looking ready to penetrate.
How can anyone hug it?!?!
#megahorn
And Dijja said there were baby Maples here. ;~;
your words already Penetrated his mind ;~~~~~;
I still have no idea what you’re talking about. 😉
Human logic:
Anything that receives good ratings is overrated
Charizard is overrated too.
Well, he is XD
I know. And the you have to automatically hate it cos it’s ‘overrated’.
This logic baffles me
That’s most people here on zard
Oh, zard XD
Got to love me Zard.
I like to put Muszard on my hot dog.
We like the thing, but we think it is overmarketed and overused in media. It’s annoying.
But you hate on Zara tho….
Zara? 😮
Another new Pokemon of the Nneoh region.
That region has an “O” in it.
IT’S REAL!!!
So real, it’s cereal.
Oh, you meant ZARD, well, I am a human too, aren’t I ? 😉
No.
You are a Mudkip.
You’re a tree.
Human nature is a very fickle thing. We always want more than what we get. We hate/love things everybody loves. We are total dicks sometimes.
This is why Mother Nature hates us. 😀
CoD tho
it is, very XD
Nobody ever take photos of these Corocoro pages with a decent camera. :/
It is probably a phone camera, and who gets a high quality camera just for CoroCoro leaks lol. I agree though lol
It’s possible. There is an app called camscanner that literally allows you to scan anything using the your phone camera and then it enhances the image to make It clearer
I need to research a lot more. I wish I knew this .____.
My sister told me about not too long ago. Can be useful.
Definitely. Maybe it isn’t available in Japan?
I, for one, had no idea they still sold the original iphone until I saw the leaks.
LOL. Wouldn’t be surprised XD
Unless nintendo was breaking down there door atm i dont see why they couldnt snap a good pic XD
xD oh goodness.
I can see that happening.
Random: Time to take pics of CoroCoro-
Nintendo: We know you’re there. Hand over the magazine. No leaks tonight.
Random: *goes crazy and quickly snaps photos that look weird and post them*
I imagine Nintendo acting like the Police Officer in Smosh and saying, “STYAP RIGHT DERE!!!!!!!”
http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120114010200/smosh/images/6/6b/How_to_Be_a_Cop.jpg
OH GOODNESS SMOSH I LOVE THEM xD
And then after the guy explained, they would be like, ‘Bullshit!’
And fire the gun at them repeatedly.
THAT’S IT!
Maybe the camera guy was taking pictures well he was being shot at.
As Officer Nintendo shouted, “Pew Pew Pew!”.
*their
If your in the uk you can download charivari holding the opposite mega stone of your version 😀
Wait, what’s a Charivari? XD lol
A New Pokemon of Nneoh region.
Male Character: Neo
Female Character: Trinity
Charizard
Yeh but I have to get off my ass and go to GAME.
All events should be over WiFi….I cannot stress this enough
It was soooooooo useful with the Torchic event.
Well i g2g guys. It’s been a pleasure. And a very humorous. But i must make my exit. I look forward too later enjoyment with my buddys in the Jungle!
I’ll go as well! See you guys around! 😀
So Mega Metagross has 6 arms?
4 arms two back rockets and one penetrator
It can fly at mach speeds like a jet.
I call that method, “Metagross Shippu!!!”
he then thrusts the goatee penetrator forward into the opponent.
Woah
Accupressure 😉
You’re gonna be impaled.
Well I’m glad it’s not a rehash of news from the official announcement or super secret base.
Gotta say, M.’Gross looks like a beast, I’m gonna assume increased Attack and Defence?
i say raised attack then lwoered spee dto get extra defense and special defesne team

How fast children grow.

I love nearly all the Hoenn themes.
I love everything about hoenn
HEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
HEEEEYYYY. I decided to come here and say hi!!! I was in chat before. But I can’t stay for that long.
I missed you brother.
I missed you too. I hope to be ORAS much as usual soon. I miss everyone here.
She probably meant she missed Mario 😛
Lol hey lando haven’t seen you in a while
Lol autocorrect to ORAS. Should say I hope to be here on as much XD
So any Mega Metagross artwork yet?
Pokemaster! Is it s good time to trade? I need your FC again xD
TRADE WITH ME
http://fc01.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2013/112/d/4/naruto__madara_rape_face_by_dxc2-d62pcs0.jpg
Why is everyone asking for each others Football Clubs all the time?
Football Clubs? I thought they were asking for each others Fire Crackers
We’ll never know.
Foot Cream
Guys search up Madara Rape Face you will die laughing! XD
Yesss!!! Mega Metagross!! I hope there’s more news though.
different pokemon are found in hoenn
I wonder what they mean by that. Different as in Pokemon not native to Hoenn, or different as in an undiscovered kind of Pokemon.
I think it means Pokémon from generations 4-6.
What if they’re Delta Species Pokemon? Like the TCG. Ex: Grass type Dragonite.
Found this on a yt comment, not sure how credible it is or not but here you go :3
“The leaks aren’t done yet though. According to CoroCoro, this month’s issue reveals another mega evolution and some of the new areas in Hoenn.”
Shiny Mega Metagross to be Pink with Rainbow coloured Cross
and learns Baby Doll Eyes
So there’s supposed to be more to this issue of CoroCoro?
Please mega Camerupt and Sharpedo
Proof that the ability is tough claws.
かたいツメ is the Japanese for tough claws.
Hmmm Tough Claws Bullet Punch and Zen Headbutt
If it get’s an attack and speed boost then it’s all good.
Hey, don’t forget about Automatize.
I guess I’m fine with Tough Claws
That way I can still use Earthquake and Earth Power to bring it down!
Gravity says otherwise. xD
Great, thanks for this. It’s nice to have confirmation.
That’s proof enough xD
Nvm… that actually says メガ メタグロス (Mega Metagross)
The symbols in your comment don’t seem to match that of the picture. I’m not knowledgeable in Japanese to judge, but are they capitalize letters or something?
It translates to hard nails
Probably because one symbol could mean both nails or claws, depend on the context.
Hard Nails = Tough Claws.
but that word = mega metagross XD
I posted the wrong word? xD
メガ メタグロス means mega metagross XD
Silly goose :3
I changed it. xD
Posts picture of Hoenn map blurred out with words “Omega Ruby + Alpha Sapphire Spoilers” for this page.
First spoiler (Mega Metagross) can be read on the main page.
If you saw the words “Spoilers”, why would you proceed to continue reading the description, knowing that spoilers surely will be there?
>Logic
You have none.
When you come on the website the article is right in your face don’t scroll down if you spoiler. What you just said was irrelevant, sorry! 🙂
It’s not Tough Claws because the ツ is missing in the CoroCoro page 😛
OMFG THATS TRUE!!!
That’s what I said below! The symbols don’t match! XD
Oops XD
Now you have support! XD It’s good to reiterate similar information, blocks out the facade.
big ol booty
Corocoro isn’t happy.
I can’t read kenji so thnx for telling
hey started the avi
Yeah, what would you like it to say?

Exactly XD So if he wants the new Flannery, I can’t do that yet 🙁
She looks the same XD
Sexiness is nt the same
Yes or the old one whichever is convinient
It says メガ メタグロス(Mega Metagross)
Tough Claws not confirmed 😛
