It's only day 8 of my Shiny Froakie quest. The one thing great that happened today is I (FINALLY) hatched a -attack 5IV female Protean.
I hatched 2 consecutive 6IV Mudkip.
I get ridiculous luck like that, but not with shiny.

It’s not referring to Bill changing into Clefairy. He did that accidentally, not purposely. The machine its referring to intends to turn you into a Pokemon. Bill’s was a teleporter.
But it was a machine that did turn him to a pokemon
the device he had was intended to teleport Pokemon, not change someone into one
the device the scientist in couriway speaks of INTENDS to turn you into one and even asks you “would you do that?”. Yes I would do that. Depending on the circumstance. As long as I can change back.

No it won’t, only females can pass balls, and if you have a female, you won’t get HA from male.
All of the strange talk always happens in Couriway. This is cause it’s the place that brings people from the faraway region into Kalos by train. So that device that turns people into Pokemon could potentially be inside of the new region. Especially since the Scientist that talks about it resides in couriway. So he heard talk of something.

When I go to her she just say she can’t find them or they’re locked or something.
She can’t find your memories if its a poke transfered from gen 5.
But if you hatch a Poke for example, on route 7 she’ll say something like “Your pokemon remembers it was happy when it hatched from an egg and saw a stream next to a daycare house”
