Anyway, this comic is inaccurate, because if it’s a trainer’s only Pokemon and it is fainted, they would drop half their money, become invincible and run to the previous Pokemon Center. 😀
Nah, probably every trainer has a secret guardian stalker assigned by that region’s professor who will teleport us to the nearest pokemon center 🙂

Last I checked:Grass,water,fighting,ground and steel types were good against rock..But always looking at the good right?:)
Rhyhorn is Rock/Ground, so a couple things would be 4x.

I just finished a morning of Brawl, and I can now say that I am no longer in the minority of people who have never played Smash Bros. I also don’t fail completely at it. Here’s some things I got from my experience:
1) As of today, my best characters are Marth, Mario and Diddy Kong, but Marth is certainly my “main”.
2) My hype levels for the new games has increased by an unhealthy amount.
3) After thoughtful consideration, I have come to the conclusion that I will NOT be getting the Smash Bros. and GameCube adaptor bundle at launch because, to be honest, I prefer the Wii U Pro Controller.
And I just made an account on the Pokemon Center website when I saw you guys talking about it. I guess I should wait until the grand opening to make my Xatu plush purchase, because it might be available on the website.

I’m seriously pissed at them!

However, when Sceptile corrected me, I checked other websites and they all concluded that Ghetsis was not his father and everyone just started saying “OMG it’s so obvious!” “READ THE DIALOGUE!” and I got frustrated…

No it won’t, only females can pass balls, and if you have a female, you won’t get HA from male.
All of the strange talk always happens in Couriway. This is cause it’s the place that brings people from the faraway region into Kalos by train. So that device that turns people into Pokemon could potentially be inside of the new region. Especially since the Scientist that talks about it resides in couriway. So he heard talk of something.

We’ve had plenty of Poke news to go around since the announcement of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire with the Gen 3 starters — Sceptile, Swampert and Blaziken — getting Mega Evolutions, but what about Typhlosion, Meganium and Feraligatr? Don’t worry they will receive Mega Evolutions too…just not this year.
Let me explain. Pokemon X and Y was released October of 2013, and the newly announced Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Gen 3 remakes will be dropping November of 2014, and with it Mega Typhlosion, Meganium and Feraligatr. This is a trend Nintendo and the Pokemon Company have continually done since the introduction of the franchise in 1998.
Here is every single Pokemon handheld game with their respective release dates:
Pokemon Red and Blue – September 1998
Pokemon Yellow – October 1999

Pokemon Crystal – July 2002
Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire – March 2003

See the pattern? Nintendo and the Pokemon Company have periodically shipped a new Pokemon game once a year — with the exception of some titles that would ship a few months late. This can only mean another title will be dropping in the final quarter of 2015 if not the first quarter of 2016.
So what game will be coming out in 2015/16 with the inclusion of Mega Typhlosion, Meganium and Feraligatr? It’s very unlikely a Gen 2 remake for the 3DS will happen considering Heart Gold and Soul Silver was released not four years ago. A remake of a remake? No thank you.
Perhaps it’s the long-fabled Z version with the legendary Zygarde on the cover. Imagine playing through the X/Y companion game and instead of having a choice of Gen 1 starter — Charmander, Squirtle or Bulbasaur — you get to choose a Gen 2 starter. And of course that will include their corresponding mega stones. Would be a nice subtle touch to the game.
Or maybe it’s the Delta Emerald version that Nintendo filed a trademark for. Or a sequel to X and Y, Black and White style, with the aforementioned switch of Gen 1 starters with Gen 2 starters. (X^2/Y^2?)
If my money was on the line, the next Pokemon game with Mega Typhlosion, Feraligatr and Meganium will be the Z version. Going back to the release dates, when Ruby and Sapphire first were released in 2003 the order was R&S then Leaf Green and Fire Red — the Gen 1 remake — then Emerald, the companion to Ruby and Sapphire. Since the remakes of Ruby and Sapphire are on their way after X and Y, the next game should be a companion to Gen 6 to complete the Poke sandwich.
And why wouldn’t I believe the Gen 2 starters will get a Mega evolution? Every Poke and their Kangaskhan mother have received a mega evolution (over exaggeration, but you know what I mean), and that includes Gen 1 and 3 starters, some random Pokes, some legendary Pokemon like Mewtwo, Latios and Latias, Primeval Kyogre and Groudon, and even Diancie, a Pokemon that hasn’t even been distributed yet.”

I was thinking about how much Kalos is like Kanto, how Kanto connected to Johto and had 16 badges; I can imagine that the new game will have new Pokemon, a new region, 16 badges again (8 in new region & 8 in kalos), 2 elite fours with 2 different champions. I really hope its in 2015, 2016 is tooo far lol.
Also to note, Black & White was released on DS, an entire new gen, whereas Diamond & Pearl was also released on DS. So two gens technically shared a handheld. I can totally see this happening again. Gen 6 sharing the 3DS with Gen 7 (or Gen 6.5)
There’s one catch. What makes you think it’s the Gen 2 starters that surely are gonna get megas. Gen 4-6 starters don’t have Mega Evos yet.
That’s exactly what I thought when I read the article. It’s not what I think, it’s the news that has been going around. Of course there is equal possibilities that other gen starters will get mega evolutions before Gen 2, however the news that is going around. But who doesn’t want gen 2 megas!!!
There are megas I desire more than gen 2 (read: gen 6), but I’m probably gonna celebrate just as well when it turns out Feraligatr and co. get the lucky new megas.
Gen 2 will def be the next ones to get megas. they’ll more than likely save megas for the gen 6 starters for when we revisit kalos in the zygarde game.
Blazikenite event = hint at Hoenn getting megas & a remake
Diancie getting a mega stone event = hint at more Kalos megas
That way we’ll have megas for all the starters that are gens 1 through 3. After gen 6 gets megas we’ll only have gens 4 and 5 leftover.
The Gen 2 starters might have a higher chance of getting megas, because in pokemon emerald you received the gen 2 starters after completing the pokedex, and in heartgold and soulsilver it was vice versa (after beating red)??

So I watched the Keldeo movie on Netflix. Was this supposed to be one of the good ones? It was alright, but I sorta hate when the legendary pokemon talk other than Mewtwo. The actress for Verizion was annoying and I did not think her voice fit that seemingly graceful legendary. I actually think the movie would’ve been a lot better without Cilan and Iris. Now that I think about it, they were a lot of my problem with it. Still not better than the Darkrai, Mewtwo, or Jirachi movies. 3/5

That movie made Lucario my favorite Smash Bros. Brawl character evarrr. 🙂 The best part (other than the ending) to me, is where Luke and Ash beat each other up, and Luke sounded like an extremely jaded soldier…
As for the Manaphy movie, the conflict seemed pointless to me. In addition, the circus guys and the Pokemon Ranger that Ash and Co. travel with weren’t particularly memorable either. I haven’t seen any movie since, but I might give Diancie a go.
The only movie I enjoyed other than the Lucario movie, was The First Movie.
If I just found out Gen 1 starters were getting mega’s, I could’ve probably guessed Thick Fat Mega Venasaur lol. But then people would’ve been like “that doesn’t make any sense like Sap Sipper Swampert” LMAO. I think a lot of us would’ve guessed Fire/Dragon Charizard Mega, but not a second one with Drought lol. Mega Blastoise would’ve probably been guessed by atleast 1 person saying something like “a new ability to boost its cannon moves”.

if you were do have your own Gym, what kind of puzzle would you have the trainer figure out to get you, also a theme

i’d make my gym like an underground canyon and it be filled with cracked boulders and walls and you have to bring a Pokemon with Rock Smash and maybe holes that u burrow into and pop out in a different area, oh and tons of Hikers and Ace Trainers

What a way to end the Mega Evolution Arc! Pokemon X and Y Episode 34 not only improved upon Korrina’s characteristic but it’s take on Mega Mawile left me wanting more! Episode 34’s brilliant animation fused with heart touching moments not only showed an intimate side of Korrina but at the same time, the show’s versatility with developing characters aside from the main cast!
Pros: Korrina and Lucario development, Mega Mawile and Maple, Team Rocket’s prowess, animation, and overall structure of the episode
Cons: bland interactions with the main cast, Mega Mawile used mostly as a prop, and Team Rocket once again thrown in the episode for comic relief and the main climax
Overall, I give this episode a 6.5/10 and the Mega Evolution Arc a 7.5/10!

The way I see it is that the people that are going to buy Smash U are the people that already have Wii U’s. I think that there will not be as many Wii U’s sold in the name of Smash as people think there will b unfortunately……
I have to disagree there. Most people do not have Wii U. However, after the release of MK8, the sales skyrocketed. And Smash is far more popular than Mario Kart. Smash is a system seller. Last Christmas, the Wii U sold so much, it crashed servers. And that was without any good games like, again, Mario Kart 8 and eventually Smash. It will do enormously well at Christmas time.
I’m not saying that it won’t do well. I’m just saying that by the time Smash comes out, it won’t be selling the amount it sold earlier in the year bc all the people that would care about it would already have one. I already have a Wii U, that means I’m one less person to buy one later on. If everyone that cares about it owns one, they’re inevitably going to stop selling. that’s all I’m saying
More people want Smash over Mario Kart. People want a bundle with Smash U and Wii U to come out before they buy it. And there are still a lot of people who still don’t have a Wii U but don’t have it. Christmas time will sell it even more. Of course it will stop selling. That happens with all consoles. There are a lot more people that don’t have it than what you seem to think.

Whoah! I was just struck with an idea that would be really cool, and that I would enjoy! There should be an online WIFI feature where every player that plays Pokemon designs their own gym badge and chooses their favourite pokemon type, and 6 of their favourite pokemon of that specific type. They become the gym leader. They save the info onto the Pokemon database and can go offline whenever. And then any other player in the world can go find a random person who has become a gym leader on the online feature and battle them. If the gym leader is online, you can battle them online, but if the gym leader is offline then you will be battling a computer, where the computer uses the pokemon’s moves and battles you. When you beat them, you can get their gym badge that they designed! You can only get a maximum of 16 badges, so you have 16 gym leaders + the 8 gym leaders in game (Pokemon ORAS or X/Y). This feature is like the battle frontier 🙂

What do you do in it?
Basically, when before every badge, you have to find a minimum of one shiny pokemon in order to advance. I’ve never done one before, but they seem like a lot of fun.

Oh I was definitely more hyped for ORAS! Hoenn was my first region, and a small part of me was beginning to think we weren’t going to get remakes, and then, BOOM! Surprise Announcement!!! My favorite games were being REMADE!!!
Same for me my first starter was mudkip and the first pokemon I caught was ralts. (before Wally started to copy me)
My first was Treecko, I remember I raised it to about level 60, but I could never beat the game because I ONLY trained my starter… XD. Since then I have beaten it, but it’s still nice to remember.
Same I had lv 50 something Swampert and level 30’s. XD
My Sceptile was level 100 at the E4 in hoenn, yet I still could not beat them XD #drekassdrake

Yeh, at that point it was equal for both. X and Y cos it was a new game with a magnificent new engine, and ORAS because Hoenn was my first and favourite region and it was going to be remade on said magnificent new engine,

It seems like most people either started with Hoenn or started on Sinnoh, therefore playing all regions (Cause of HGSS) EXCEPT Hoenn.
