Zach and I both agreed from the beginning that Jungle Funnies wasn’t going to solely focus on Pokémon. Almost everyone here is a Nintendo fan and probably also a gamer so occasionally he’ll touch on issues outside our Pokéverse 🙂 Today is the first such comic and looks at the slight disappointment some Zelda and Nintendo fans had with what was revealed for Zelda’s HD foray…

If Nintendo really wanted to boost the sales of the Wii U higher than it is now. They should make a New Pokemon game using Shadow Pokemon. I really liked the concept! It was something new and fresh! 😀
XD didn’t sell that well so I doubt they will revisit it (as much as I adore that game)

Did you actually play them? They were awfully linear, snatching Pokémon was no fun at all and it was nothing like a Pokémon RPG should be.

Shadow pokemon was an amazing concept, the music was fantastic, the colluseum battles were fun, the story mode was really fun as well. It was unique and fun.

Pokemon Z Story Idea (It will never happen):
– Focuses on the environment, it’s unstable and in turmoil
– Player has to free Zygarde from the antagonists to save Kalos
– Zygarde frees itself before you can by using it’s “secret power”
– Orders it’s three companions who helped him escape to rid the world of humans; Diancie, Hoopa, and Volcanion
– It hates humans as they betrayed him
– The antagonists ask for your help and you agree
– You change Zygarde but it’s too late
– Zygarde sacrifices himself and speaks to you, “thank you, I now see the light in humans, thank you.”
– Xerneas uses it’s powers to bring Zygarde back to life and it’s happily ever after
I can see this as a movie
Bringing something back to life defeats the purpose of a sacrifice.
It actually doesn’t as the player doesn’t know it’s going to happen.

That’s nod odd. It’s a common courtesy and it’s repetition shows just how thankful you are. Like, “thank you, thank you very much!” or “thank you, I feel love now, thank you!”
Its funny cause our trainer always Smiles, and you will just see Zygarde Die with a smile

I’ve always wonder why Pokemon hasn’t put the VS. Seeker in other games after Pokemon Platinum. I understand why it wasn’t in HG/SS because it was a remake. It could have been in B/W and up! The feature was super helpful!

i still think the zygarde right now is just him in his Cacoon type form…. his true form could break out in Z which is why his defense is really good…. so i think his true form would be reallly good in Attacking
and go from 600 base stats to 700.

It’s possible Team Flare won’t be involved and end up being a whole new team, as hinted at from Hoopa’s backstory.

Yeah but there is also an NPC that says a Team that is similar to Flare came around Lumiose asking questions about Mythical Pokemon.
