If the timeline of the Pokemon world is taken into credit, Arceus was there at the Beginning, and then it took another 4,598,000,000 for the first Pokemon to appear. During this time period, the Meteonite enters Earth, which would then create the landmass known as Unova. Legend says that Arceus ONLY created the Universe, not the Pokemon themselves. Mew is credited as creating Pokemon so, this means Mew was already there when Arceus first manifested. Arceus IS a Pokemon afterall so that means Mew had to have created Arceus… In truth, Mew is the Original One not Arceus.
what about time and space, if mew is the START POKEMON then he is Alpha Mew and MEWTWO was clone making it the last pokemon meaning MEWTWO IS OMEGA! DAN DAN DAN!!! so all other pokemon ar win the middle!

Yes, it was believed that Pokemon stemmed or evolved from Mew.
So then how did it create anything?
If Arceus was never credited with “creating” any such beings other than the Trios of Sinnoh and Mew is believed to have been the ancestor of Pokemon themselves, Mew would have to have adapted to numerous environments and thus began a chain of events similar to how life on Earth was believed to have evolved from microbial mats. In this case, Mew is the microbial mat. I really don’t know the full details but there has to be a Creation Pokemon that created a single being: maybe Mew and from then on, told Mew to start the chain of events leading to the creation of Pokemon.
If Arceus is the ALPHA Pokemon, there has to be an OMEGA Pokemon to balance thing’s out… THIS IS CRAZY!
