The upcoming 3DS mini-game called ‘Thieves & 1,000 Pokémon’ will be available from June 5 until September 30 for free on the Nintendo eShop. Players amass an army of Pokémon through the StreetPass function of the 3DS, gaining Pokémon when they pass someone playing the same game, and use their team to defeat enemies. The game is a tie-in for the upcoming film Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction.
Players who bring their game to the screening of the movie will get a special surprise at the theater which can then be transferred to Pokémon X & Y.

Just so you know. Wally likely had Asthma. He moves to a town with “fresher air” because of how bad his Asthma was. When it became better he started adventuring a bit. This was mostly shown in Pokemon Adventure when he carried around a fresh oxygen tank!
