After three days I decided to close down the PJM poll. The winners were clearly decided so it wouldn’t have mattered if it were open longer. Let’s get to the results shall we?

In a surprising-but-maybe-not-so-surprising move, Pokémon Colosseum comes out on top. It was the first console game tied the third generation games and the first console game to feature a true storyline. I do wonder how many of the voters actually played it, as in my experience it feel rather short of its expectations. The fact that you could not catch Pokémon and had to ‘snag’ them from others in addition to purifying them (not fun at all) bereft quite a bit of the fun. It was also too linear too my tastes. Anyway, we have to do it and we will put someone else on it to write the article who is more positively geared towards Colosseum! Read in the magazine (when it gets released… one day)!

As expected, Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald take the crown, and the competition wasn’t even close at all. It may have to do something with upcoming remake announcements, but I’m not really sure. Maybe it’s just because they feature the best region of all time. This will be written by myself, I quite like RSE :).

What is the best way to make money in the game?
In X and Y? Restaurant Le Wow. Use prize money o-power, give a pokemon the amulet coin, get a happy hour smeargle, then sell all the balm mushrooms they give you. INSTANT money.
What about Pay Day?
If your level is too low for Le Wow, the Battle Chateau should provide you no shortage of nobles and rich kids to leech money from. As usual, Amulet Coin + O-Powers to enhance it.
Double Battle in Le Wow
Have 1 Pokemon Hold Amulet Coin, Have the Other Pokemon Hold Luck Incense.
Use Prize Money O Power Lvl 3 before beginning the Le Wow matches. Also use a Happy Hour Smeargle. All of these methods stack with each other, I get about 90,000-100,000 per trainer battle, and then I get those nice balm mushrooms which sell for a lot.
How do I get a Happy Hour Smeargle?

I would advise against doing Singles. IMO Triples is the easiest to get 50+ if you wanna just do it in one go.
That’s not a bad team, though I’d swap Delphox for Greninja since you may need something fast.

Last night in Showdown, I had a Klefki holding a toxic orb, it used Switcheroo to swap toxic orb onto an Umbreon, getting leftovers in exchange.
That Umbreon (which was meant to be a Curse sweeper) was useless for the rest of the match. I couldn’t sleep after that, it was so funny. Sorry Umbreon… I really feel so dirty now for doing that.
Does anyone have a koffing for dex data? I’m halfway there for getting the shiny charm!
