Scalds burn chance seems so much more than 30% to me. And flame body seems to activate against my Scizor every single time…

Mandibuzz is a female only Pokemon, so it’s really annoying trying to breed a perfect 5IV one…I’ve got a 4 IV vullaby missing special defence, and a ditto with 2 IV including Special Defence.
