Actually… I hatched 1000 eggs for it, then I went into the Safari for half a week, just this morning I found it.
My fastest was Talonflame in 10 eggs. Admittedly though I was IV breeding, my uses both had high IVs and one was Jap, so I killed two birds with one (ever)stone.
LOL But half a week is extreme
