Yes such as contrary snivy and shadow tag litwik.
Then what do they do just taunt people?
No they were just never released. They were found by hacking B/W and were supposed to be found via dreamworld. Litwiks HA was replaced with infiltrator in X/Y and snivy is not yet obtainable until pokebank comes out.
How would you get a contrary snivy in Y or X?
Either through an event or though cheating.

Shiny Sylveon looks amazing! My second favourite Eeveeloution. Wish I could say the same about espeon and jolteon.
May fav shiny eeveelution is leafeon and yeah I agree, shiny espeon doesnt look good in neon green
