With your X/Y luck, you could probably just waltz on into a Safari with Eevee, and find one in less than 10 encounters xP

Probably defenses and speed, considering you have both attacking and special attacking moves.
speed is pretty useless to me, especially since Shiftry can just outspeed solely on Chlorophyll (which is appreciatively given by common Charizard Y users)
