How long does it take you to find a horde shiny..?
Thinking about doing it for carbink…(333 hatched an no shiny yet)
It took me about 2 to 3 hours of hunting for both Wingull and Foongus, but I may have been lucky both times.
I got a shiny Scatterbug by random encounter, was looking for a Caterpie… Shiny Vivillon is not impressive at all…
I usually find shinies farily easily….I guess masuda method hates me ;-;

By the way, Carbink is a very rare occurance in hordes in the Reflection Cave. I saw one mixed with another horde once in like 45 minutes.

True, although my first shiny was in Emerald, and I didn’t even know it was a shiny, I thought it was a glitch. xD
That’s how how probability works guys…I know it sucks…but with the same probability, it could take you from anywhere from one second to years…it depends on how lucky you are.

Not even so complicated. They used a code to swap a color palette. That’s why some shinies are suck.

It’s best to use already existing games to make basis for a fan made one. Keep in mind that GF does almost everything with reason.
As another note, I like the stump area!
Using RPG maker XP lets us have more freedoms and less restraints with what we can do. We’re also using pokemon essentials so you can count that as our basis :3
That’s what I meant. Usually Pokemon has reason…like for the first gym you can almost always catch a Pokemon in a route around town that would be effective for that gym.
And Since the first gym is Dragon. We’ll have catchable fairy types :3
