Isshu as good as confirmed to be New York

Thanks to Ozy for passing this on to me.

This is the PokemonPia Magazine that will give people the chance to catch one of the original 3 starters with alternate abilities. Now that we can see the cover in higher quality, it is now possible to make out that it says “The adventure’s setting is New York!?” which suggests that on the inside there will be more details upon purchasing and reading.

Though the “?” means that its not stated explicitly, being an official magazine this makes it as good as confirmed. Can you honestly see it going any other way if this is on the front?

This comes as no shock, many of us were able to figure it out ages ago!

  1. Eh why would it say that.. the official setting is Isshu, it’s just presumed to be based on New York, why would they say the setting IS New York? O_O

    日本で発売されるポケモンぴあですが、掲載されている画像とは表紙が異なります。

    なので、それは偽者の画像だと思われます。

    凄いです･･･私も英語が話せればいいのですが･･･

    以前、日本の掲示板で関係者を名乗る人が、舞台はマンハッタンを参考にしたと言う人がいました。
    ブラックとホワイトで、舞台を回る順番が違っていたら、この話は確定するそうですよ。

      実は、２chはガセがあんまりにも多くて、ネーティブでもない僕達には判断するのがなかなか難しいんです。

      あの関係者を名乗る人の言ったことが本当であれば話がはやいのですね。
