Upon looking at the high quality scan, the Japanese is awful, its just literal translations of English.

The ability of Vikutini is written in hiragana, and the ability of the other pokemon are written in kanji… which is weird i think, besides the name of chimecho’s evo doesnt make much sense either. That makes me think this is fake too

I have to agree there totally. the speed at which this was done was spectacular.
Biggest giveaways was
1.Weird naming on the blurry image.
2.Background
3.Terrible Japanese on the clear image that they LEFT online.
4. The designs of the new pokemon do NOT look sugimori. (The evo’s were convincing though)
5.Moguryu’s pose is unprofessional looking.

It probably is fake the style of the magazine doesnt match normal corocoro, plus its quite early.
But still seeing the spider, if the real design is half that good then Im pretty excited

At first glance, I totally thought this was real. I got all hyped, just have it all crushed like a pair of nuts when I began reading these comments. I was totally diggin’ the little skull thing and even the Chimecho evo brought a smile to my face (I believe I’m the only one that liked it :P). The mole was my fav, and at least we know he’s real.
Also, I personally liked the way this fake Denchura looks. The sprite is horrendous though.
