Held items can have a variety of effects, with some affecting battle and others affecting the world around you when navigating Sinnoh.

Amulet Coin
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It doubles any prize money received if the holding Pokémon joins a battle.

Hearthome City: Found in north east corner of Amity Square inside an Item Ball
Big Root
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It boosts the amount of HP the holder restores from HP-stealing moves.
Location
Route 214: In Item Ball in section of the route with white fences, north of the Honey Tree
Black Glasses
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It’s a pair of shady-looking glasses that boost the power of Dark-type moves.
Location
Celestic Town: In the northwestern house, an NPC will give to the player
Fist Plate
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It’s a stone tablet that boosts the power of Fighting-type moves.
Location
Route 215: Found in an Item Ball near Black Belt NPC, requires Cut to access
Macho Brace
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. This stiff, heavy brace helps Pokémon grow strong but cuts Speed in battle.
Location
Pastoria City: Catch all forms of Burmy and speak to the Bug Catcher inside the home north of the Poké Mart
Metronome
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It boosts moves used consecutively but only until a different move is used.
Location
Veilstone City: Given to you by the NPC standing next to Girafarig
Quick Claw
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. This light, sharp claw lets the bearer move first occasionally.
Location
Jubilife City: Given to you by a girl in condominiums building behind the Poké Mart on the first floor
Shell Bell
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. The holder restores a little HP every time it inflicts damage on others.

Hearthome City: Given to you by an NPC on the 2F of the home next to the Pokémon Fan Club building
Silver Powder
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It’s a shiny silver powder that will boost the power of Bug-type moves.
Location
Eterna Forest: Before going into the forest from its south entrance, use cut and follow the path north and then east. There are two Item Balls on the rocky area, one of which is Silver Powder (the other is TM82)
Spooky Plate
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It’s a stone tablet that boosts the power of Ghost-type moves.
Location
Hearthome City: Found in north east corner of Amity Square inside an Item Ball
Sticky Barb
Description
An item to be held by a Pokémon. It damages the holder every turn and may latch on to Pokémon that touch the holder.

Veilstone City: Given to you by one of the NPCs in overalls on 5F
