Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl: Gift Pokémon

During your adventure in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl, you will have a few opportunities to receive Pokémon instead of having to catch them in the wild. Below are the specific Pokémon you can receive, where to get them and what requirements you must fulfill.

Starter Pokémon

At the start of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, you will be given the chance to choose your first Pokémon, Turtwig, Chimchar or Piplup.
