We have arranged this page in alphabetical order by the evolution item that is needed, along with any special requirements (such as trading). This page does not cover Evolution Stones, which are easy to obtain and usually require nothing more than to use the item on a Pokémon in order to evolve it.
Helpful tip for searching for an evolution item held by wild Pokémon: Using a Pokémon with the ability Frisk will allow you to be notified if the wild Pokémon has an item. If it doesn’t, no message will appear and you can safely run from the encounter.
