World Space Week runs from October 4 to 10, and Pokémon is taking part in the celebration this year! It is collaborating with the European Space Agency (ESA) and you can watch a special message below from astronaut Sophie Adenot below.
New products celebrating Space Week and the ESA collaboration will be released through the online Pokémon Center and include astronaut Pikachu plushies, TCG accessories, patches and more!
In addition, Astronaut Pikachu will be appearing at six European museums in Pokémon GO raids from October 4, 2026, until April 30, 2027! The locations will also have free Timed Research and Field Research available, as well as space-themed wild Pokémon spawns.
The participating museums are:
- Science Museum – London, England
- Cité de l’espace – Toulouse, France
- Deutsches Museum – Nuremberg, Germany
- Museu de les Ciències – València, Spain
- Space Expo – Noordwijk, Netherlands
- Euro Space Center – Transinne, Belgium
