The next Pokémon GO season has been announced as Delightful Days and will run from June 3, 2025, at 10 a.m. until September 2, 2025, at 10 a.m. local time. Seasons shift which Pokémon will spawn more frequently in the wild, Pokémon raids and include special events.

New Pokémon debuting in GO during the Delightful Days season
The following Pokémon will be coming to GO for the first time during the upcoming season:
- Tatsugiri
- Yamper and Boltund
- Hisuian Lilligant
And, while not wholly new Pokémon, Gigantamax Cinderace and Inteleon will also be coming to Max Battles.
Research Breakthrough encounters
After completing seven Field Research tasks on different days, you’ll be rewarded with a Research Breakthrough and you can encounter one of the following Pokémon at random:
- Aerodactyl
- Galarian Corsola
- Gible
- Sinistea
- Charcadet
- Frigibax

June events in Pokémon GO
June’s Community Day will feature Jangmo-o and take place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Evolving Jangmo-o into Hakamo-o and then evolving it again will result in a Kommo-o that knows the Charged Attack Clanging Scales.
There will also be other events through the month and have been shared on social media in the images above.
