Fans of the Fox Pokémon Nickit, which was introduced in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, will finally be able to catch it in Pokémon GO with the start of the Deep Depths event that will run from Wednesday, March 19, at 10 a.m. until Monday, March 24, at 8 p.m. local time. Wild Pokémon encounters
During the event, the following Pokémon will spawn more often:
- Murkrow*
- Sneasel*
- Corphish*
- Clamperl*
- Purrloin*
- Female Frillish*
- Clauncher*
- Nickit (rare)
This will be players’ first chance to catch Nickit, which can then be evolved into Thievul.
Pokémon Eggs
Any 7 km Eggs obtained during the event will have a chance of hatching into one of the following Pokémon:
- Galarian Corsola*
- Pawniard*
- Clauncher*
- Nickit
Event bonuses and activities
- Halved Egg Hatch Distance for Eggs placed into Incubators during the event
- Event-themed Field Research tasks from PokéStops
- Free Timed Research
- Optional paid Time Research
- Collection Challenges
