May is coming to an end and Takara Tomy is looking forward to summer with its line-up of new Pokémon merchandise coming to Japan in July! Check out what’s coming, including new plushies, Mon Colle figures and a playset, as well as new Poké Peace items!

Upcoming Takara Tomy Pokémon plushies
Additions to the Kimi Ni Kimeta line
Togepi, Marill, Latios, Latias and Sylveon are all getting added to the super soft ‘Kimi Ni Kimeta’ (“I Choose You”) line of Takara Tomy plushies! All of them release on July 18 and retail for between $20 and $25 USD at current exchange rates.
Other Pokémon plushies
Also coming in July are a Captain Pikachu plushie with sound effects, a Floragato plushie that has its flower bud on a “vine” that can be stuck to its collar area and, finally a Hattrem plushie! Capt. Pikachu will be released on July 20, while the other two plushies will debut a week earlier on July 13.
New Mon Colle releases
Takara Tomy’s Mon Colle series will be getting several new figures, including Tinkaton, Chien-Pao and Futter Mane, as well as a new opening and closing gym playset! All of the new items will be released on July 20.
New Poké Peace sets and merch
A new Poké Peace set, Starry Sky Park, is coming this July and features both Pikachu and Jirachi figures and there are many new keychains and straps as well. These will be released throughout July.
Other merchandise
A new electronic Rotom Phone Pad toy is being released on July 13 and features 29 “apps”. Includes over 800 Pokémon that can be registered to the Pokédex by completing various challenges.
Takara Tomy is also releasing a new Ultimatch set, the 10 Break Raid, which is also compatible with certain sizes of Mon Colle figures which can be placed at the top as the ‘raid boss’.
