Event Reminder
- Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon’s first global event is due to end this Wednesday! This distribution gives you a Level 10 Rockruff, holding a Focus Band, with the ability Own Tempo, and the moves Fire Fang (Ultra Sun)/Thunder Fang (Ultra Moon) and Happy Hour. This special Rockruff is the only legitimate way one can obtain Dusk Form Lycanroc in game (Evolve at Level 25 between 5pm and 5:59pm), however it can be bred to give offspring Rockruff the Own Tempo ability. As long as a Rockruff has this ability, it can evolve to Dusk Form Lycanroc.
Pokkén Tournament
- The Dynamic Fury Group Match has been announced and will take place from January 19th to January 22nd! This special Group Match is once again a Team Battle competition on a fixed arena. Participants will receive a special title based on Machamp, while those who place higher will gain other titles as a reward
- The first qualifier for the 2018 Pokkén Tournament DX World Championships will take place at the Oceania International Championships in Sydney, February 10th & 11th! There are 100 entry places available with the winners gaining access to play at the World Championships this August in Nashville, Tennessee
My Nintendo Rewards
- For those who are part of the My Nintendo rewards in Europe, you can now get a 30% discount coupon for Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon until January 11th – this brings down the price of the game to £24.49/€27.99
Pokémon GO
- Out of nowhere region exclusives Seviper and Zangoose have migrated between their two regions. Those in the Americas and Africa can now find Seviper out in the wild while residents of Europe & Asia can now catch Zangoose. There’s no word on if or when they will switch back to their original regions, so get out there and GO catch them while you can!
Pokémon Shuffle
- The new Guzzlord stage is now available until until January 16th – it requires 20,000 coins to play, and can only be done 10 times total during this run
- The new Kommo-o stage is also available until January 16th
- A new Pokémon Safari featuring Jangmo-o, Hakamo-o, Sandygast, Hoppip (Winking), Skiploom (Winking), Jumpluff (Winking), Cherubi (Winking), and Cherrim (Winking) is now live in game until January 16th
- The Shiny Mega Charizard X Competitive stage is running until January 9th
- The following stages have begun repeat runs until January 9th: Alolan Ninetales, Black Kyurem, Kyogre, & Reshiram

As Winter break is coming to an end Im proud to announce I found 9 shinies (7 of which being legendary and Pink Lugia Last night), so I say it was a pretty successful break forhunting. Now the only shiny legends I need are
Regigigas, Ho Oh, Uxie, Mewtwo, Zapdos (debating if I really want Zapdos though), Tornadus.

I found Shiny Lugia at full odds in Soul Silver which was great even though it’s Quirky, I think I’m getting Crystal VC so I’ll probably hunt it again in that along with Ho-Oh and maybe Mewtwo if it’s in Crystal (I don’t remember), and they’ll all have their HAs, though only in regular Pokeballs when transferred unfortunately. Because a great many people are generally aware of Pokemon without knowing specifics about it. Calling it 1 especially may make some think it is an old game. Then there’s the 0, people might think it’s a prologue short game or beta version (which if it’s like SM it might be but still).
I agree unless they had a super meaningful reason like if they were based on the Pokémon that created the universe or planet and then its first creation afterwards (Just an example)

In the mid evo it’s split shed skin in the middle of coming off it. In the final evo, it’s more like arms made out of something like ectoplasma, that are also on Fire (I just realised how stupid that sounds)

This lineup is highkey horrible man. Nier: Automata is kinda nice, but it will never be better than the PS4 version.

You won’t die star, the strain of school may seem that bad, but let’s not kid ourselves its just going to take up your time so you can’t do as much and that will set a chain of emotions off that will just cause you to be like most teens… moody. Ok, it’s not that you will have no happiness or free time, it’s you’ll have less of it which means you’ll need to carefully balance your schedule while your outside school. It’s also just 8 hours, that’s 1/3 of a day so if you add 8 hours of sleep on top and about 2 hours to eat and do homework, you get 6 hours to yourself to do whatever leisure you desire.
I know I’m a tad hypocritical as I also complain about it, but it won’t kill either of us. And you really are having thoughts of killing yourself due to it then seek help so you don’t kill the greatest thing you have. Life 🙂

Had my Scraggy learn Rock Tomb. Was a little risky due to the type weakness, but ultimately I was able to knock them both out. Tho I did have to revive Scraggy once to get it done. Either way once they were down I had my Pansear jump in to take on Zebstrika and he got the job done like a champ.

For anyone who’s played through Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (at least halfway)…NEVER have I spent more time trying to cut some power lines. You know what I’m talking about. I must have tried this fight about 150 times so far and I’ve gotten close only a couple times. It’s stupidly tough and I’m upset about it.
I’m stuck in chapter 3 and havent touched the game in two days smh
I haven’t really been stuck up until this point, but I’m only at the end of Chapter 5. This is my first real attempt at playing Xenoblade and I’m surprised I’m doing so well…until now. There must be some strategy I’m missing, and for some reason this game makes me want to keep trying. It’s awesome.
Its definitely a lot better than XCX, which i stopped playing about halfway through and sold back to the store.
Put an elemental orb on it and chain attack. They are done for immediately.
I finally did it, I used a chain attack and some Spike Defense aux cores. It was a lot easier than I expected, but definitely not easy.

Question/Opinion: Will there be more or less hand holding for the Pokemon Switch game? It’s pretty frustrating in Gen 7. I’m inclined to believe there will be less due to there being a more young adult/adult audience for the switch. But it’s hard to say. Depends how effort much GF really puts into this new generation, what boundaries they want to push, and who their target audience is.
I also hope they do a bit less hand holding and hope they focus more towards a 12-15 age group

SUPER TRAINING, because there is no good reason for them to have removed it and introduced Hyper Training which sounds like something to complement it.
Really Super Training? I mean it was good when I first started XY then I realized how much better horde training was. Plus Poke Pelago does that too and even more exact

Pelago is probably the best place we’ve ever had for Berry Growing. The other features are varying levels of useful too. I only really dislike the bean gathering since it can be clunky or maybe that’s me. I would add features to it like optional mini-games.
I’d like hordes back too.
Oh and DexNav was useful, if a bit clunky and irritating at times.
The Battle Frontier. Though I wouldn’t mind walking Pokemon to be a thing again.

Not the home button.. but yes maybe the controller.. or I’ll plug it to charge and it comes on.. that’s annoying. Defeats the purpose of charging some. I havent played in forever and I last fully charged.. but found it almost dead
I think in order to charge controllers the system technically has to be on (or in sleep mode) It’s the same with the PS4 and Xbone. There has to be some sort of electrical signal flowing in order for the charge to even happen. So if you plug in your controller and it runs on then that makes sense.

My advice. Try meeting someone while you’re still in school. Once you become an adult and only ever go to work it becomes MUCH harder to meet new people. I see the same god damn people almost every day and I’m sick of them. On top of that my closest friends that I still hang out with are all 32 years old because I became friends with my brother and his friends and they’re all 8ish years older than me. Do yourself a favor. Before you leave high school become more out going. Hang out with your friends more and try to meet at least one new person a year. Same for college. (if that’s the path you choose)
It’s difficult for me to make friends, and they usually don’t last long due to my annoying personality trait I talked about on Star’s post

I think the concept doesn’t work for a leader of the villainous team. It’s just a bit.. too ridiculous. If you want a crazy evil team that isn’t taken seriously, look at how Team Skull did it.
On the design itself, its bland. He has no interesting body shape really and a homemade T-Shirt, Jeans and a cape bought from Wal-Mary doesn’t scream “villain”
i think you’re limited by your anatomy a whole lot. Take some time to learn even basic stuff like the bean method (look it up). It’s of course best to learn from life and look at the bones and muscles but for right now, all you need is the basics.
Once you have that you are way more free to make the character look like their own character. I guess here are some resources

So that Resetera thread that I was following closely for HOURS closed a couple hours ago, with about 634 pages in the end. Crazy stuff. New memes were created which will hopefully spread soon (there were some incredible quality things produced in a very short amount of time). After all of this literal insanity, I can’t help but laugh at how completely opposite this is from last year and 2016. It was “oh, it’s October 26 but we wanted to let you know that on January 12 of NEXT YEAR we’ll be formally announcing the Switch and its games!” Now, it’s basically the day of a rumored Direct in 2018 around the same time as 2017 and we don’t even have a reveal yet, but people STILL believe it’s going to happen tomorrow/today?!?! The world really has gone insane. However, if you weren’t following, the social media stunt (maybe?!?!) pulled today was incredible and unprecedented for Nintendo. I hope the legend of the Weiner Mii and Chibi Robo on fire will live on, and I really hope they actually do something worthwhile from the wake of today’s events.
