A new Nintendo Direct online presentation has been announced for Wednesday, September 13 and will focus on upcoming games for the Switch and 3DS consoles. It will last approximately 45 minutes and contain new information about the upcoming game Mario Odyssey among others. It will air at 3PM Pacific Time but you can easily convert this to find out what time you’ll need to tune in elsewhere.
Hopefully Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon will get at least a small new trailer.

The PS4 version supports 4K, enhanced lighting, 1080p & 60fps and some other graphical upgrades. The Switch version only has the enhanced lighting

Original release was in 2011 or 2012 for PS3/360 i think. These remasters include all the DLCs and the PS4/X1 versions have also got a graphical upgrade, not just HD pixels. Plus there’s also a VR version coming for PS4 as well

What we’ve been lead to believe with the crumbs they’ve given us is that it’s an alternate universe story. That really tells us nothing about the story at all or what to expect. However, when they told us that Black 2 and White 2 were sequels, we automatically knew the story would be related to and build upon what we just played in B/W.

Imo the great mistake GF made was to announce the switch game few days after USUM. This sounded like: “We had to make these 3ds games no one cares about but hey, there’s a switch game coming too”. Next big mistake was to talk about the switch game more then USUM in the last 3 months and this is just stupid from them cause they litteraly killed a pair of games which were already considered unuseful from half of the pokemon fans, who, by the way, have alreay to buy a gamefor a console they won’t be using next year. It’s like GF is suggesting us not to buy USUM.
They should have announced USUM, promote them like they did for SM and then announce the switch game in January.
At this point I don’t care about USUM as I have abandoned all hype so I’d much rather have something about Animal Crossing in the direct as Star has been hyping me about even though it’s unlikely to happen.

That gimmick is now its crutch, now every bloody game is self aware of the paper universe and that just makes the plot gimped and easily focused
Rewatching Game of Thrones and some of the visuals in Season 3 are so inconsistent. Like, the show is at it’s best when people are talking seated in a nice room. But the Jon/Ygritte scenes, seems like they ran out of budget or couldn’t find a decent CGI artist. Acting still remains ace though.
I hated Ygritte. So glad when she died. Even in the book she annoyed me
What? I liked her even more after seeing the show. Although I always had pictured her as slightly ugly in my mind, they have too many sexualised actresses in the show lol.
Like 50% of her lines were “you know nothing, Jon Snow” so it became super tiresome after a while.
She’s a wildling, they don’t have a vast vocabulary :P.
I liked that she opened Jon’s eyes to a lot of his prejudices, but not my favorite character. Probably because I’m also not a huge fan of Jon
Jon is still my favorite character. I was so sad that he didn’t appear at all in FfC that I hated that book so much. They basically split the books in all my favorite characters and all the ones I hated so waiting for DwD to come out was hard.
I loved AFFC because my favorite finally got POV chapters (Brienne). Course I liked ADwD more

I think I forgot half of DwD happening, and since I obviously knew about R+L and the night’s watch vow, I already figured Jon was going to die and be resurrected somehow (I actually suspected something akin to Fitz Chevalric in the Robin Hobb books), so the big ‘plot twist’ wasn’t one for me.
I read the book before watching that season, but a friend spoiled that he dies for me. I wasn’t very surprised when it happened.

Writing is still fine. It’s just that the endgame is a bit ‘predictable’ due to all the stuff building up over the past 15 years. Like, R+L was known even before the show started.
Well..I would say the writing has definitely dropped in quality after they overran the books. And also anything related to the butchery of Dorne
Problem now is that they have to show something through exposure what could have been better in a 50 pages chapter slowly rolling out. Like the whole Littlefinger deal, that went way too fast to pinpoint when who figured what out. Things will get better when the books release.
I just didn’t like the way they handled Littlefinger after the Battle of the Bastards. He goes from basically scheming against everyone in Westeros to…causing family drama? Yeah, I can’t wait till Winds of Winter. Hopefully soonish..
All that stuff is still for Dream of Springs, oh boy we’re in for a long wait. His endgame always was wanting to marry Sansa, eliminating Jon’s claim of the throne, and becoming king himself. He was in the best place to plot things out from Winterfell, not much places you would rather be at that moment.
Well then he could’ve tried to get Jon killed on his journeys to/from Dragonstone instead of telling Sansa that Arya wants to kill her, which makes no sense. Idk why Sansa would ever believe that

Killing someone outright is not the best way for bannermen to come over to your cause and think you can get away with it.

Since the last few directs haven’t been great and I’m pretty satisfied with where things stand, I can officially say I don’t have that many expectations, though I’ll probably find a way to be dissapointed. 😛
Only realistic hope is FE Switch. I just finished Echoes and have an itch for more, and since I’m not really hyped for USUM currently, maybe they can fill in there.

Going off off of Alex’s Post right below can I just say how creepy Sailor Moon is in a way…..I can’t say I don’t like the series in some capacity, but one day it hit me that the characters were supposed to be in middle school……they’re all shown to be so tall and so serialized it’s……..idk……off

Well, they did a lot of weird stuff in the dub. They made Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus (Laugh if you need to, idc) cousins instead of keeping them as a lesbian couple (including gender-swapping one of them, they made that guy who dressed in drag into a girl, and they skipped over the Sailor Stars arc (or whatever it was called) entirely.
Oh I know the original dub was a very thing. I think I find it creepier for Uranus and Neptune to be cousins over just being lesbians like they are. they’re relationship makes so much more sense as lesbians and them being cousins in the og dub didn’t make it look any less of them being lesbians. It only made it worse as then they looked like lesbian cousins in a weird incestuous relationship hahaha
They actually re-dubbed it, and they’re not cousins anymore.
