This place is actually fun
if you’re looking for fun then i gotta recommend Sonic Mania. I’ve been having a blast with it honestly and it really captures the potential sonic had before the franchise became such a shit show.
The level design is so much better than the original 3 games and the constant 60 FPS and 16 by 9 aspect ratio makes it playable in 2017. The art and animation is lively and you can tell the whole game was made with passion and love for the series.

Yeah they should’ve been closer to remakes of Emerald tbh, with the exception of Wallace and Steven changing jobs. HGSS are still the best remakes imo, I hope they can replicate it in Sinnoh remakes where they didn’t quite manage it as well in Hoenn.
