As anticipated, a new form for Lycanroc has been revealed on Japanese variety show Pokénchi!
This is the new Dusk Form that is said to be obtained in a special way and not available naturally in the wild. The reveal also confirmed that Ash’s Rockruff will evolve into the Dusk Form in this week’s episode of the Pokémon anime. Stay tuned for more info coming soon once CoroCoro leaks!
Is dawn an actual time in SM? I mean, dusk has its own lighting in SM (the orange sky stuff), but unless dawn has its own lighting specifically for the time, I doubt it would have its own form.

So Tapu Lele granted Rockruff’s wish and gave him the power of both evolutionary forms. probably the anime explanation for this
They should’ve revealed the dawn form then have Ash evolve his rockruff into dusk

Level up Rockruff to 87 while Gorebyss is in the party at the third spot, and the second spot is a Pokemon that received an evolution in Gen 4 (but not the evolution), all while the New 2DS XL is tilted 45 degree during a solar eclipse on the third Thursday of the 13th month.
Also the gen 4 Pokémon has to be from Japan only and had to have been entered into Pokémon Ranch at least once
